Life’s been pretty good if anyone cares. During quarantine I spent a lot of time glowing. I worked a toxic environment before I got furloughed and I was creating an escape plan. I returned to work & it’s been over a year. I work for myself now. I’m a full time fitness trainer. I have a great clientele. I’m experiencing the growing pains of running a business & it’s bittersweet.

I’ve been great. I found a therapist for my 30th bday. I’ve been learning to manage my anxiety & practice radical acceptance. I still have my moments but I’ve come a long way.

I’m still single , no kids. Dating life always sucks lol.

I hope all of you are well 🙏🏽. I miss my blog. I miss writing poetry , I haven’t written in years. I wanted to return to my safe place.
