FINAL DRAFT GUIDELINES!

Hello everyone! The final draft guidelines is here, this time on a lj post and not being delivered by email! Please read through it thoroughly and don't forget that the deadline is on AUGUST 16TH! Let's go! (Below is the simple graphic from our tumblr page!)

--Greetings Hello dear writers!! How have you all been? I hope you all are doing well! Thank you once again for being with us on this round and coming all the way here, for our *drum sounds* FINAL DRAFT GUIDELINES! We're finally on this next step, not the final yet! But, this means that you've been with us for all this time and the mod wants to thank everyone, all of you are really special! Now, stopping the tears coming from mod's eyes, let's go to the rules and forms, shall we? --Rules + From today onwards, you can send your fic to me only if you want to have your story beta-ed by one of our betas! If you don't want it to be beta-ed, you can only send me your fic after AUGUST 9TH (a week before the deadline)! However, this final draft guidelines are for all participants (the ones that want their fic beta-ed and to the ones that don't!) + You need to create a new email, fill it with your form (that you'll put both on the body of the email and on top of the document itself) and attach your fanfic(s) to it! + I'll be accepting any of the following formats: .docx or .txt, if you have any other format you'd like to send it, feel free to, but those are the preferred formats! Links don't count (specially google docs) and you can not copy and paste your fic in the body of your email! + This is the subject of the email you need to send me for the FINAL DRAFT, if you want a beta, check the penultimate rule! Just copy and paste it and replace the 'your username here' with your username! Don't forget of the star, it means that your fic is *twinkle, twinkle little star*! brilliant!

☆[FINAL DRAFT] YOUR USERNAME HERE + If you have something specific you want me to put on the lj text cut, please specify in the email or in the doc! If you don't really care about it, I'll be putting the first line as the text cut! For the symbols that mark breaks in your fic, I'll be replacing it with a symbol of my choice! I'll only let you use yours if it has to do with the content of your fic! You don't need to send me your fic with the spacing, because I'll do one to use in all fics, the only htmls that need to be in your document are the italics and bolds! + If you wrote 2 or more fics, but you only sent one to the chek-in, don't worry! You just need to attach both on your email and send me! More than one fic written for your recipient are and will always be welcome! However, you need to remember that if you want to write 2 or more fics, they all need to have the minimun word count (2000 words!), you can't split 1000 words to each and so on! + [IMPORTANT FOR THE PARTICIPANTS THAT WANT A BETA!] If you want your fic to be beta-ed by one of our beta readers from out beta event, you can already send in your final draft! However, instead of sending the email with the form in both the document and on the body of the email, you can just put it in the body of the email! However, when I send it beta-ed back to you, you need to follow the other rules (above^) as well and send your email with your fic to me again (so you'll have time to check what the beta reader corrected on your fic, commented, etc.)! Don't forget that our final draft deadlined is on August 16th!
