Christmas Pinwheel cookies and Spiced Butter cookies!

The pinwheel cookies were fun, but I didn't roll them tight enough as evidenced by the holes in the middle.

The spiced butter cookies get gradually flatter and bigger because I was experimenting as I went with how much to smoosh them down.
