Sleep
With all of the things that you need in life one of them is sleep. It is healthy to get around 8 to 10 hours of sleep. In today's world there are a lot of reasons why people end up with less than people 50 years ago. 50 years ago most people lived a simple life, they got up in the morning around 6:00 went to there 8:00 to 4:00 jobs and then returned home. Once they were home they cleaned up around the house did little things read the newspaper, listened to the radio, did their studies and then went to bed around 9:00, which gave them about 9 hours of sleep. Now the majority of people are doing a lot more especially the younger generations, the millennial generation. The millennial generation get up in the morning around 6:00, go to there job and baily receive enough money to scrape by. Then they either hang with friends or do something electronic. After that they go and spend the rest of their night, studying, cleaning, and browsing the web, and end up going to bed around 12:00, which gives them 6 hours of sleep. It seems that today this generation spends more time doing different things than the older generations and spends too much time doing it because they are not getting enough sleep to function properly.
