Suit, Time Travel and Modern Day stuff:
His suit uses nanomachine tech activated through Terry's bio signature. It works as almost a second skin that envelopes his body from a glove Terry wears on his left hand. It looks like this version. It has a closed AI named A.L.F.R.E.D-- this was not designed or made by Bruce but commissioned by Alfred himself prior to his death using only Wayne company assets.
Terry works as Bruce's personal assistant and had worked as such for almost a decade by the time of Brother Eye's takeover. He took over the previously defunct Batman Inc. project, especially when his own collection of loose partners began to join his vigilante work.
If not for A.L.F.R.E.D, Terry would have had a lot harder of a time managing in 2026. While Terry had studied all of Bruce's information through the batcomputer, it was only enough to keep up on rogue history. Not enough to know what he needed to go back in time.
Terry was sent back late 2024 and spent a year searching for the origin of Brother Eye. The reason being that the AI had been so deeply implanted by Terry's time, it wasn't easy to find the starting point. It had been called something different in the beginning.
Not only that, but Terry had to convince the League and a much younger Bruce specifically that he was telling the truth.
After his time travel module was destroyed and he recovered from his near-death (?), Terry had to come to terms with living in the "present", his past.
Terry is known as Cyberbat in Gotham.
Six months after his debut, he began officially working in Wayne Enterprises, specifically in Batman Inc.
With all the various superhero organizations, both official, unofficial, lawful and unlawful, Wayne looked into collaborating with some of them. SDN caught his attention if only because of the Phoenix Program.
Terry admitted he hadn't heard about SDN in his time, and that it may have dissolved with Brother Eye, or even before his time. This made it a good place as any for Terry to do some outreach to bolster their numbers in the off chance Brother Eye was still a threat.
Once a month, Terry visits Cali and visits SDN's Torrance branch to see how things are going. The idea is for Wayne to give the program more funding to continue helping rehabilitation efforts and hopefully expand the program further.
Terry's not much of a businessman and kind of hates the gig, but c'est la vie.
