Hail Anpu, great gatekeeper of the Duat.
Beautiful dog-faced god, indiscriminate judge to all.
He who dwells in the middle sky,
And rules over the western mountains.

Dua Anpu neb-ta-djeser, I pray to you for protection for that of my body, my soul, and for guidance toward ma'at. tpy-djuf, grant me calm and connection, for I honour you in my space and in my words. May my praise and worship of you, khentyamentiu, show my devotion and gratitude for your guidance and presence.
Your deities love you. They understand you. They understand when you are overwhelmed with internal challenges that seem insurmountable. They will still be there for you when you come out of the other side. They will listen to you and validate your feelings and help you understand something if youâre having trouble.
You are not ruined. There is no difficulty that is permanent. You will be able to do whatever you need to do to see the sunshine again.
Drink some water. Maybe eat a food. Be a little silly. Know that you are loved so deeply.
finally had the money to get Inpw a nice lapis piece for his altar and when I pulled a card to see how he felt about it, I got 5 of Pentacles which made me wanna cry bc I interpreted it as "hey you don't need to spend money on offerings I know you're financially stressed I'm happy to just be with you". i know I didn't need to, but it's nice to be able to buy him nice things sometimes :)
*Friendly reminder*
I just wanted to clarify that my blog is NOT a fandom blog. This is a religious blog, this is a space for Hellenic Polytheist, other pagans or similar, witches, and other religious groups . I do not see my gods as fictional characters and I do not want anyone who considers or treats my gods as such here (peace and love)
Thank you â¤ď¸âđĽ
Being a pagan is sometimes just buying a bouquet for your god and silently placing on their altar. There aren't always grand "energy" spikes or prayers that seamlessly flow. There's just a small sense of peace and an understood gratitude between you.

I think itâs so important to remember that faith isnât perfect and is meant to be flawed. You can faulter and stumble on your path. You can have doubts and concerns, even about the Deities themselves. You can grapple with difficult myths, difficult emotions. Holding yourself to an unattainable standard only hurts you and your faith in the long run.
