模索中の絵に引っ張られないようにしないと

仕事ができなくなるから難しい。

粘土はすこしだけ上達した気がするんだけど、  

水彩デッサンとか、色も取り入れた方がええんやろーか……。

もうちょっと数描いた方がよさそうだな。

そういえば、連載中はもうキャラ描かねーだろうなって思ってたけど、

デザインが頭に入っいて何描くか悩まなくて済むのでつい描いてしまう。

Spring, Summer, Nacchan, Autumn, Winter and Me, Undercover and Chapter 1 - Sagan Sagan

I’m kidding, you know I wouldn’t let you with just ONE release in a day. LOL!

So here is the first chapter of the so awaiting debute manga by Sagan Sagan. I really fell in love with her concept! One year of love for a young couple. Each chapter represent one month of the year, so we are able to follow Shima and Natsuo’s daily life through the seasons. And that’s really enjoyable! 

I waited for the volume to be released and it was a really good idea because there were tons of changes between the digital version and the finale version… It would have been a nightmare to typeset since the speach bubbles are way to smaller.

Living in the fine line between Ice and Sea, volume 1 - Suzumori

Yo! Me again!

If you are following me, you know that withe team, we are working on a quite original NON-BL project. Indeed, I fell in love with this Human-wolf creature called Kren, and since then, he is haunting my computer and my social media. 

Yesterday, I took the time to work a bit (A LOT) on volume 2 and took the opportunity to re-code and the dedicated page (which is only available from a browser and not via a phone) and work on a better quality release for volume 1. 

From 8am last morning to 2am this morning, I didn’t stop (except to cook “crepes” for an hour) and I actually finished this morning as I woke up. Still some things to change and work on but it will probably come with the release of volume 2. It took WAY LONGER than I expected! but things like scanning, cropping, leveling, coding and stuff like, if I handle them, means I can’t typeset or release another project. That’s why it’s important to find reliable members. 

Once again, it’s a private page, password protected, but if you know me well, you know there is a hint somewhere really close to access it. And it’s really easy. At the beginning I wanted to make it public, but I guess for now I’m still not okay with it.

Volume 3 is in writing process at the moment and should be available during the upcoming COMITIA in november. Suzumori already revealed the cover and mention there will be some sexy scenes in this volume. You can’t imagine how excited I am. It brings back some spirits I lack at the moment.

Another web manga I’ve been reading lately. This one is about Tatsu, ex-yakuza who is now a humble househusband. And he’s taking his house duties very seriously. Just look at him:

Attending culinary classes while rocking that apron look.

Also, Tatsu, his wife Miku and some other characters speak casual Kansai ben, which just adds to the awesomeness.

And here’s some vocab (including yakuza-related words and slang) for y’all:

兄貴「あにき」older brother, a way to address one’s senior in a gang 組長「くみちょう」 gang leader, boss シマ turf, territory controlled by a gang (from 島 island) 捌く「さばく」 to deal with something, to handle; also to prepare (meat or fish) for cooking ビビる to feel nervous or scared, to be startled パクる to snatch, to steal, to cheat 足を洗う「あしをあらう」 to quit some shady business, to wash one’s hands (lit. feet) of something 肩身「かたみ」honor, prestige; lit. shoulders チャカ pistol, gun, heat カチコミ raid 三下「さんした」 small fry, petty underling ケツ持ち「けつもち」 someone in charge of cleaning up a mess (like hiding bodies or something) 下手こく to fail miserably; appears in past tense as ヘタこきました (or へたこいた in dictionary)

Seriously, go read it. It’s super fun. Not to mention that art is pretty awesome. Don’t miss it out now or wait for the physical release this August.
