Cis is not a slur but certain cis people consider it a slur because it is a way to categorize them that does not automatically mean ‘Normal’ or ‘The way one should be’- They are offended that they are not being presented as the ideal. I have no idea what you're talking about because cis is a type of geometrical isomer in chemistry and biology that means same chemical formula but different structure where you have 2 of the same thing next to eachother on top and 2 of the same on the bottom.
