So Here’s and update, I used to weigh about 350 pounds EASILY when I was in my late teens and all through my twenties. I have never really been an active person as I would rather sit on my ass growing up and playing video games. I have struggled with over eating my entire life and I still struggle with that issue. I have recently(past 8 years) been focused on beating my body into something that I am some what proud of, I am no where near this. I am currently weighing in at 245 I think(last weigh in was a week ago) I have ALOT of extra skin as you can imagine from the dropped weight, it really makes me self conscious but in a way it’s a self humbling tool, I see where I was and where I am currently, I guess what I am saying is if I can get my lazy ass up and get back what I’ve almost lost then so could you.
