Tonning session4
Again part of my big catch up, sorry for the spam on anyones feeds.
Chest:
1. Smith Machine Bench Press: 1S 15R of 44kg. 2S 15R of 49kg. 2S 15R 51.5kg
2. Incline Smith Bench Press: 1S 15R of 39kg. 2S 15R of 41.5kg. 2S 15R of 46.5kg
3. DB Pec Flys: 1S 15R 6kg. 4s 15R 7kg. definetly could of used a heavier weight
Back:
1.Reverse Grip Lat Pulldown: Almost ended up with a pyramid set but just upped the weight after each set. 5S 15R of 38.25, 41.75, 44.25, 46.75, 49.25
2. Seated Rows: 5S 15R of 45kg
3. Single Arm Pull downs: 5S 15R of 8.25kg. A variation on the bar pull down, worked really well and was feeling it the next day.
Big catch up, Tonning Session3
Not been keeping up to date with this much. my apologies. This workout was on thursday just gone and I worked Arms.
Triceps:
1. Bar Pull Downs: 5S 15R of 42kg
2. Decline E-Z bar Skullcrushers: 5S 15R of 25kg
3. Single Arm Reverse Grip Pulldown supersetted with an Overhead Tricep extension: 5S 15R of 6.25kg and 5S 10R of 7kg
Biceps:
1. Single Arm Preacher curls supersetted with Pull ups: 5S 15R of 9kg, 5S AMAP for the pull ups
2. Sprinters Curls: 5S 15R of 9kg. Lifted quickly as if running with weights, great for fast twitch muscles
3.21's with an isometric hold: 3S 21R ( 7 at each stage ) with 20s hold. This was killer!
Tonning session2
Im catching up on my second Tonning session from Tuesday, sorry for the inconsistency, ill try and be a bit better. So tuesdays session was for Legs & Shoulders and im still feeling the affects ( woo i guess )
Legs:
1. Front Leg Extensions with weightlifters set: the weightlifters set was something i picked up from a website and its basically a big set before the main lifting begins. 5S, 20R of 20kg for the WL sets and 5S, 15R of 40kg
2. Deadlifts: 5S 12R of 85kg. Was really tough should probably have dropped the weight to get more reps in. Had to stop a bit towards the end so i could finish the sets with good form.
3. Smith Machine Calf Raises: 5S 15R of 65kg ( including the bar )
Shoulders:
1. Smith Machine Shoulder Press: 5S 15R of 40kg ( including the bar )
2. DB Side Raises supersetted with Hanging Shrugs: 5S 15R with 6kg DB's and 5S AMAP for the shrugs
3. Single Arm Cable Upward Rows: 5S 15R of 16.25kg. Probably could of done a higher weight but was going for a bit more speed with my lifting this time round.
Last but not least i threw in a bit of ab work:
Superset of Cable Crunches and Leg Raises, 5S 10R of each
