They do not love Louis at all.  He asks them to stop harassing them, they don’t. He voices himself on SM, they don’t care.  He says he’s straight, they insist he’s gay.  He has a son, they abuse him and say they wish he was dead.  He goes on holiday with his girlfriend, nude photos are taken without consent, they laugh at him.

They literally hate Louis for Louis.  They only love their own fantasy gay version of him, but that is clearly not who he is and they cannot stand it.
