Shiv and Roman are struggling to figure out how to proceed post season 3 finale. Roman is a shell of himself, and Shiv isn't prepared to face any of the repercussions of her marriage, her husband's betrayal, or their father's cruelty. The two twin siblings would be happy to exist in denial forever, but of course, life always has a way of showing up at someone's door. Shiv & Rome as twins relationship study, as well as Tom & Shiv being Tom & Shiv.
