"BYUSFORUS" #SmallBusiness #Exhibition will benefit owners and beginners of small businesses. A three day event is scheduled on the 25th, 26th and 27th  August 2023 at The Atmosphere in #SriKembangan.. 

Using the BY US FOR US, concept, an affordable approach has been put in place minus any form of advertising, publicity and promotional expenses. Big exhibitions spend plenty on venue, booths and publicity for an exhibition, which is over on the last day.  

Exhibitions have always been out of reach for #smallbusinesses. However the Intent of this small business exhibition is to bring about increased exposure for the products and services of the participating businesses. The exhibition will also bring about improved networking plus increased customer base and business volume.

The 100 exhibitors collectively draw up to 5,000 visitors to the venue. Using the BY US FOR US approach, the exhibitors each draw 30 to 50 or more visitors each for the three days event. In addition,  the exhibitors use the social media to make known their participation in the exhibition.

The exhibition is their first line of physical #exposure and involvement with prospective clientele.

Secondly, all the 100 exhibitors leave the event with 100 directories each. The directory is a compilation of their call cards. This gives an additional ten thousand exposures of their business to more potential customers.   

Thirdly, the 100 exhibitors become an alumni to be called "WE 100".  They become each other's points of focus for leads and referrals. Each is the other's representative. The alumni continues as a learning front, shared ideas, thoughts and continued promotional base for products and services. The alumni will also move into  other states and townships for increased growth. Participants from the respective locations get included.
