JUST AFFIRM.
I promise you. Affirming can get you a long way. You do not need to force yourself to believe, feel, visualize, or anything to manifest. You can manifest by affirming MINDLESSLY, it works. Just CHANGE YOUR THOUGHTS. There is no secret knowing, no sabbath state to reach. Those things are all unnecessary prerequisites. I mainly use affirmations because they get me my desires FAST. And you can affirm for anything. Don’t feel confident? Affirm you’re confident. Don’t feel like a master manifestor? Affirm you are one. Whatever it is, it can be changed by simply changing your thoughts. Manifesting is not supposed to be this complicated shit, you can just simplify it for yourself and discard ANY rules that make you feel like its hard. From all the methods i’ve tried (and i’ve tried all of them) affirming has been the most consistent and effective one yet. Why? Because you’re changing your dominant thoughts (which some might call your “state”) and when you change your dominant thoughts, reality literally has no choice but to match them. I’m telling you, it’s fucking GUARANTEED that you will get your desire if you just affirm and persist. Your desire has no choice but to show up if you affirm and persist. Even if it feels hard, impossible, or whatever. It will MANIFEST no matter how you feel about it. Just keep your thoughts in check. You are thinking all the time, so why not think in your favor if you know it will manifest? And i’m not joking when i say it manifests FAST, i literally manifest the same day, even instantly at times, by just affirming and persisting. Make this easy for yourself 🎀
Emotion is energy in motion. Your emotions are energy. Your energy creates your reality. The more you take care of your dominant emotional state, the better reality you get. But it doesn’t mean that you have to avoid negative emotions because they’re ‘low vibrational'. Spiritual bypassing will do you no good.

Honestly it boils down to reparenting yourself & rewiring your own neuronal pathways & telling yourself a firm “stop” when you notice your mind slipping down negative loopholes & being present in the moment & enjoying being mid task rather than waiting for it to end & not thinking of inertia as your baseline and natural way of living
discipline is the strongest form of self-love. it's ignoring something you want right now for something better later on. discipline is the commitment you have to your dreams, especially on days you don't want to. the future you is depending on the current you to keep the promises you made to yourself yesterday.

You are afraid of success
Because failure is much more validating. Failure will pat you on the back and say, "maybe next time, hun", it will feed you anticipation and that flutter of trepidation in your chest when you think of success, it will make you feel comfortable in that bog you settled in.
The illusion of productivity keeps you in that mindset and prevents you from facing this fear. It keeps you feeling busy so you don't feel bad about being stagnant. It tells you you're walking in strides while you actually stand still, avoiding the discomfort of fully committing to success. Just like buying a dozen of fancy pens and notebooks instead of writing a book, you busy yourself with useless tasks that keep you from actually applying.
You can shift and manifest with just an intention and without any effort, but some of you are afraid of accepting even that. Just another script for my another DR, just another playlist with dozens of subliminals (do you even listen to them more than twice before creating a new one?), just another small "check" before a big manifestation, just another hour of reading through Tumblr/Pinterest/Reddit/TikTok posts and success stories, just another pile of photographed and screenshotted angel numbers. Are you not tired?
Shifting and manifesting are mundane and trivial to the point of being innate to you. If you have an apple in your hand, do you daydream about it? Do you create playlists named "🐁 🎀 𝐼 𝒽𝒶𝓋𝑒 𝒶𝓃 𝒶𝓅𝓅𝓁𝑒 🎀 🐁"? Do you buy a special knife that you proudly call "my apple knife"? Do you create moodboards for this apple? No, if you want an apple and you have it, you bite it.
You already have and know everything there is to know, and nothing will happen unless you actually start applying. You may know that only intention works, but did you internalize this knowledge? A lot of you throw fancy manifesting lingo while still persisting in the state of lack. Remembering and knowing is not the same as applying. Don't let this mistake keep you on Shiftblr until 2030.
How I got myself out of a manifesting rut this time
1. I stopped doomscrolling. I gave myself set social media time and I was very strict about it. Doomscrolling is bad for you in many ways but when it comes to manifesting I find it makes you compare yourself to others which simply won’t help in your manifesting journey.
2. Using my absolute fav manifesting techniques, preferably simple ones so it doesn’t take up so much energy. The techniques I used were robotic affirming, subs, and my personal Pinterest technique!
3. Treat yourself like a god. Y’all know the drill I talk about this one all the time. Treating yourself like a god will literally bring your self concept back from the fucking dead
4. Daydream and be “delusional.” I swear this was the biggest one for me this time around. I thought in extreme detail about what I wanted and played it out like a super detailed movie scene and gassed myself up so much. After I started doing this step I started feeling so much better omg
5. Affirming and persisting. Obviously. I don’t even have to explain this one we all know it well lol

By taking time to imagine the life you want, you will come more familiar with it. Making shifting and manifesting more natural.
Training your imagination is so simple and easy yet so powerful.

HOW TO TRAIN YOUR IMAGINATION:
1: IMAGINE THE LIFE YOU WANT
(SIMPLE. YOU DO THAT ALL THE TIME.)
2: Immerse yourself imagining
(Let yourself forget about this reality temporary. Think about the little details of that life. Details in the things around you. Are you in a room? Who’s room? What is outside of the room? What can you hear?)
3: Feel the feelings you would feel while being present in that life
(Again, immersing yourself. Use your imagination to your advantage. Feel the shift in mindset.)
4: Do something mindless.
(Imagine yourself walking around or doing something that’s natural for you to do in that life. Something that doesn’t require much thought.)
5: THATS IT.
You just shifted and/or trained your mind to become familiar with your desired life.
