had an art style crisis and ended up with a ling

So the duplex my husband and i have been living in for the last couple years just had a 24 hr eviction notice posted on our door, and we have to be out by 2 pm tomorrow.

we might have a place to stay but we’re still waiting to hear back from my husband’s coworker but it’s looking like we may have to stay in a hotel until we can find more permanent arrangements but that means i have to ask for help again because we’ll only have enough to stay in the cheapest place until wednesday, and that still leaves a whole week until my husband’s next paycheck. we have a dog and three cats to take care of, wherever we do eventually end up we’ll only have the bare minimum of essentials because we can’t take what little furniture we have so we’ll be starting over with basically a tv and whatever else we can fit inside of trash bags to carry.

i can’t really offer much in return for anything anyone can do to help, except for maybe writing, though that will be slow because the spacebar on my laptop doesn’t work any more and i have to copy and paste spaces when im writing which can get kind of tedious after a while.

anyway, if anyone can send anything to help us out so we don’t end up completely homeless with four animals that’d super swell

and for anyone doubting the validity of all of this i do have a photo of the notice i can share if its necessary

we still don't have anywhere to go to yet but we only have this hotel room until thursday so if anyone can help out to get us a few more days or even a full week, that'd be great.

we do have a friend with an apartment they moved out of but still have a lease on, but it's $1,000 to get the lease signed over to another person and while we could get that amount in just a couple paychecks, we still need somewhere to stay in the meantime.

thankfully we're good on food for another few days because someone got us a bunch of microwavable ramen, but we'll need food for the animals soon so there's also that

there's another hurricane coming and we're already getting hit with rain so i am once again asking if anyone can help with like $15-20 so my husband doesn't have to give up work hours since he's physically unable to walk to work right now since his new work shoes have worn the back of his heels raw to the point that putting band-aids on isn't helping.

If you follow my art blog you might’ve known this was coming, but for the rest of ya’ll hey guess what i’ve been working on the past few months!

Originally I was going to just stop here, but while working on this I was having a lot of fun so the current plan is to actually make this a proper finished animatic, assuming the file doesn’t cause my computer to burst into flames! I have no idea how long that will take me, so in the meantime enjoy this sketchy animatic that’s been rattling around in my skull for over a calendar year!
