Important reminder: take a moment for yourself. Breathe. Set aside an hour for just you time. Whether that be working out, reading a book, drawing, watching your favourite show, going for a drive, etc. Do whatever it takes to ease your mind. Life can get stressful and hectic. Don’t lose yourself in the overthinking, pressures of society or other people’s hateful opinions. It’s okay to not be okay. And if you feel like life is moving to fast and your world is spinning out of control, then stop, take a breath and take that hour and focus on you.

Reminders for Warped Tour (or in general because woah)

Dont wear layers

Dont wear leather

Wear something comfortable and cool like shorts or t-shirts. Jean’s are okay if they’re thin and not too tight.

Drink plenty of water and eat. Itll be hot and there will be crowds so you need to stay hydrated.

Get a good night’s sleep beforehand. You wont be able to enjoy it as well if you’re tired. If you cant sleep, take some melatonin and put your electronics away 30 minutes before you sleep at least. Dont sleep with the TV on either.

Have someone you can stick with so you can stay safe. Theres always risks to going to big events whether it’s happened before or not.

Make sure your phone is at full charge when you get there and keep a battery pack on you. If you get separated from who your with or need to call someone, you cant have a dead phone.

Of course, have fun and take photos. It’s the last Warped Tour. You’ll want to keep the memories and have something to look back on.
