Greetings, sir. I am Kelti Grimsdottir, the only child of Grimr and Dalla. My mother and father spend a great many hours in work. In the meantime, I am free to galavant and spend my time as I wish. Don't be shy. I'm always ready for a new friend! Independent RP Blog for really any fandom that I can find having reason to meet her. Mostly Marvel but I am not averse to Doctor Who or really anyone if the plot is right. So come and play! Kelti is about eight years for reference. "Perhaps only slightly," the child lied, recoiling back a bit in reflex to the older gentleman. Kelti still hadn't gathered herself enough time to decide if she should trust him or not. For now at least, she would have to stay guarded.

"Ah," he smiled. "I can tell. You’re a very sophisticated young lady. I’ve heard of Asgard. What brings you so far from home?" Bucky had never been really comfortable around kids, that was Steve’s thing, but he liked her and he was working on it. Baby steps. Plus, he remembered being her age. He used to hate when people talked down to him like he was a little kid. She was a young lady, not a baby. And he found kids responded to that…at least she seemed to.

A tiny hand reached forward, smoothing away a wrinkle that seemed to be taking every ounce of her attention from him. Mumbling softly, Kelti explained the reason for that as well. "Mother wants for me to be a well behaved girl. Her expectations are high." Her blue eyes now took a moment to examine him, deciding that he didn't have it in him to lay a harmful hand on her. For this reason alone, she chose honesty. "I am lost."

Her beaming grew as he got down to her level, her hand reaching to push some of her brunette locks out of her face so she could maintain the sincerity in her own stare. “I am Kelti of Asgard, sir. It brings me great joy to meet you,” the aesir chirped, though she wasn’t entirely sure if her greeting was fully up to Midgardian etiquette.

"Kelti of Asgard?" He’s heard of Asgard but couldn’t place it exactly. His memories were still a confusing mess but the name rang a bell. He shook his head slightly. "That’s a pretty name. Are you a princess? A pretty girl with a name like that ought to be a princess."

A bubbly little laugh came from her lips. Her small hands rose from her side to hide her face. "No! Of course not," Kelti giggled, flattered. "My parents are in the royal court though, so I spend quite a lot of time in the palace," she replied genuinely, feeling as if she had nothing to hide from her new friend. He was kind to her.

Kelti’s lips curved into a smile at the sight of the gentleman’s own, instantly a bit calmed at even the slight pleasantry. “I did not wish to burden you.”

He smiled and lowered himself into a squat so he was eye level with her. “Burden me? It’d be an honor. What’s your name?”
