Quick Witch Tip
Meeting new people and don’t have time for a friendship spell? Maybe you just don’t want to come off as awkward? Here are some things that can help you that are really simple:
Dried Yellow Rose Petals:
I’ve been using this one a lot since I just moved here to Colorado and I’ve been trying to make new friends each time I go out.
The Yellow rose symbolizes joy, warmth, sunny feelings, welcoming, and friendship. By carrying dried yellow rose petals in your purse, wallet, or in a small bottle on a necklace, you can bring all these energies with you. Especially since welcoming and friendship are both a part of it, it’s an easy way to create new friends with people you meet.
This is the big one I suggest, but there are also many crystals that can help you with meeting new people as well. For me I tend to carry dried yellow rose petals (that I sat out during the new moon for added affect) and some crystals as well. It has honestly helped me exponentially since moving here and I’ve been making new friends almost every time I go out!
Crystals:
Peace and reconciliation, good for creating a happy atmosphere and attracting good fortune:
Aventurine
Amethyst
Ametrine
Apache tear
Blue lace agate
Blue quartz
Chalcopyrite
Jade
Rose quartz
Rutilated quartz
Smoky quartz
Sodalite
Good for Self-esteem:
Carnelian
Citrine
Kunzite
Isis quartz crystal
Good for shyness:
Bornite
Yellow calcite
Orange calcite
Flint
Garnet
Pearl
Speech and communication problems:
Angelite
Blue celestite
Blue lace agate
Blue sapphire
Blue topaz
Lapis lazuli
Smoky quartz
Confidence, charisma, and courage:
Amber
Bronzite
Carnelian
Red jasper
Turquoise
Again this is just for a quick fix or for a beginner, I know there are plenty of spells and charms out there that can help aid with this as well.
Another thing you can do is create a quick sigil and write it on a piece of paper and then place it in your purse with your rose petals. Using your intent is a great thing too. Just think to yourself over and over again:
I am kind
I am open
I am strong
I am confident
I am welcoming
All of the crystals and what they correspond with I pulled from the book The Complete Crystal Handbook by Cassandra Eason. I highly recommend it to any witch, it’s very detailed and helpful!
If you have any questions let me know!
Hi Richtor! Can you please put links to sites or post to gems (quartz, crystals, stones),essential oils, and herbs's meanings? Please i need them but I want trustworthy info!😆 have a good day!
Remember to always fact check your sources - compare them to two or three others, and information that repeats can be assumed to be “correct.” Remember, also, that personal correspondences are very important. Go with what feels right to you.

Beltane☀️🔥
What is Beltane?
Beltane is celebrated on May 1st although some people choose to celebrate it from April 30th to May 1st. Beltane is a day for fun, light-hearted celebration, love, and it is often represented by maypole dancing and performing fire rituals to honor the Mother Goddess and Sun God. The days are getting longer and all life is bursting with potent fertility and sexuality on earth is at its peak. Beltane celebrations are filled with feasts and sun magick, the name Beltane means “fire of Bel”. Beltane is a time to watch what you’ve been manifesting and working so hard towards come to life before your eyes. Celebrate, laugh, love, drink, eat and have a good time!
Ways to Celebrate
Play music that gets you feeling happy and excited. Beltane is a celebration of abundance and high energy, so play music that raises your energy
Prepare something in the kitchen. Make a food that reminds you of the coming summer months, share it with whoever you live with if you can/want to
Get crafty! You could draw, paint, write or even just work on a project for yourself. It could really be anything, as long as you’re creating it.
Light some candles or incense! Lighting fires on Beltane is tradition. So however you can safely have a fire lit nearby, have it burning while you do any of the other activities listed above.

Witch Tips
Witch tips from a witch who has practiced for many years; here are some of my traditional beliefs as well as things I picked up along the way. 💫
🔮 When foraging, do not forget to thank for what you took. Thanks the gods, the fae, the earth, or whomever you worship, but do not just take.
🌙 Wear beautiful clothes when performing a ritual. Before I get into saying anything else I want to say - There is NO PRICE VALUE which makes the ritual clothes beautiful. They do not have to be expensive, or a certain brand, or from a certain place, or anything of the sort. Just make sure that they are well taken care of and that you think they are beautiful.
🔮 People will rarely understand you, and most do not actually even want to. But the trees. The plants. Animals of the earth. Rivers, still and moving water. The stars and the moon. They understand, they will listen, and if you listen, too, you will hear what you need to and be validated and understood. People alive thousands of years before you have been sharing the same heartbreak, pain, suffering, and struggle with the universe. It understands. It has heard before, and will listen again.
🌙 When trying to meditate, you are not actually doing anything wrong by being unable to “clear your mind.” The goal is not actually to have a blank mind, but an open and receptive one. If a thought pops in suddenly, acknowledge it, dismiss it, and move on. It doesn’t mean you’re not focused or doing it wrong.
🔮 Another note about meditation; there is no shame in needing herbs to achieve meditation. There is nothing wrong with you. Some people just need the extra help, and that is okay! It is also a traditional part of many practices to smoke, ingest, or otherwise consume herbs before a ritual/meditation/journey/etc. This pertains to herbs such a kava, sage, wormwood, mugwort, and cannabis. (Do not use unless you ask a doctor, know it’s safe, and so on.)
🌙 Wisdom is the combination of emotion and logic. To make a wise decision, validate the emotion and why it is being felt, look at the logic and the facts, and combine the information for the answer.
🔮 Do not be discouraged that you cannot find witches (or Wiccans, Pagans, Druids, etc) where you live. We are here. We are all over the world. It is just unsafe in some places to practice openly. But if you look for us, you will find us.
🌙 Intent is the most powerful ingredient you have.
🔮 There are hundreds (if not thousands) or ways to create a sigil, and you can make a sigil hundreds of different ways. This also goes for charging and activating sigils.
🌙 You can practice both black and white magick at the same time.
🔮 Bullying other witches is never a good idea. Obviously, bullying anyone is never a good idea and you shouldn’t, but in my years I have seen over and over again it happen when one witch attacks another and then that witch comes down with horrible luck. That is not just because they were cursed by people who support the witch who was being bullied (which is also a huge risk, and causes a lot of issues and conflict) but the universe knows when a witch attacks another witch, and it doesn’t like that. (This does not include calling someone out in an appropriate way for unacceptable behavior and so on. But when you do it about differing opinions….)
🌙 Never stop researching. You will never know everything.
🔮 Deciding that you want to start to practicing witchcraft does NOT mean you have do denounce any previous beliefs.
Thanks for all the support.

A few people have asked about IOP, so I made this list on different levels of care from IOP to Inpatient.
An intensive outpatient program (IOP) may meet 2-3 days a week for 3-5 hours a day. Patients are medically stable and do not need daily medical and psychiatric monitoring.
A partial hospital program (PHP) is a more intense program, meeting 5-7 days a week for 6-12 hours a day. Day treatment and PHP are often used interchangeably, but in my experience PHP is 10-12 hours a day, 6 or 7 days a week, and day treatment is Monday to Friday from morning to around 2 or 3pm PHP. PHP/Day programs are for people who have completed inpatient or residential treatment and can benefit from a structured level of step-down support as they transition to more independence and people whose needs are higher than outpatient or IOP, but are stable enough to go home at night.
Residential programs provide longer term treatment for patients who are medically stable but would benefit from around the clock treatment. This level of care may be recommended if intensive outpatient or partial hospital programs have not been effective. Residential treatment may also be recommended after inpatient stays.
Inpatient programs are what most people consider the highest level of care. Patients are provided 24 hour supervision, and they sleep at the facility. Sometimes PHP and IP patients are together but the PHP patients go home, while the IP patients stay on the unit at night. Some are specialized, such as eating disorder units, some are general acute units which are usually shorter term than specialized units.
