My fellows in Christ, it's with a heavy heart that I must inform you that Palestine flags have been banned from Eurovision for years. Also, Basque flag or Kosovo's. The official policy is that they ban any flag of countries not in the United nations. Which is kind of a lame excuse, because the basque flag is a very much official and very legal flag of a member of the UN, even if it's not the entire state flag.

So yeah, it's, indeed a very shitty but not a recent decision. There was a huge polemic in 2019 because the icelandic participants snuggled one and appeared like this on live tv:

Bit of an update on the blog;

I will be trying to do requests again. I know I got the protag from Turning Red being worked on and a couple others.

I just may have to stay to one character per request and see if making a transparent wont take up a lot of my free time from now on, due to my disability getting checked out soon and instructed to rest.

Things are rough still. I'm working on figuring things out. I may be unable to do requests for a while until I can figure out what to do since I still don't have a wheelchair to help me function at home.
