A/N: Like I've said before, I don't have ADHD and I really don't know a lot about dealing with it at all. If there's anything vastly incorrect please let me know so I ca change it.

Navigating life with ADHD has always presented its challenges, but having Rhea, Dom, Finn, and Damian by your side has made it a little bit easier.

Mornings are often a whirlwind of activity, and today is no different. You're darting around the kitchen, trying to make breakfast, but your mind is bouncing between a dozen different thoughts. Rhea catches your eye and gives you a knowing smile.

"Hey, take a breath," she says, walking over to you and placing a reassuring hand on your shoulder. "We've got this."

He would always keep things around you that don't overwhelm you in anyway especially if you're fixing to or just had a bout of overstimulation

He always tries to talk calmly but loud enough for you to understand when he can see that you're having a rough day

He will make sure that there are snacks, drinks, a fan, blanket, and a few other things in his locker room when you're not in the audience or ringside watching his match

He always waits to touch you in case you're overwhelmed and not to be touched or talked to in order to calm down but still wanting him with you

He makes sure that if you're in his locker room that one of his friends or someone you trust knows you're there especially if you're having a bad stimulation day

He never yells around or at you when you're overstimulated even when he's frustrated he makes sure to bite his tongue and help you

Damian

He would pay close attention when he gets to know you and picks up on your patterns whether you tell him about the ADHD immediately or after knowing each other for a while

When he knows you're starting to get overstimulated, he will hand you cold water and put a rag on your neck or wrap you in a blanket and have you eat when he sees the nausea look in your eyes and after asking when you ate

He would whisper softly to you when everything around you becomes too much and you start hearing the dull ringing in your ears and will take you outside for air and away from everything happening

He would gently tap you before covering your ears if music was fixing to play loudly or yelling would happen and hold you to him after as long as you wanted to be touched

He will get you different things to help occupy your mind when he is in a match from a weighted blanket, small weights, and a stress ball to a sensory band, a fan, and cube to squeeze in your hand

He would also have extra pairs of clothes in case you needed to change into something more loose and comfortable when you were starting to get overwhelmed

Dominik

He would immediately get you things you liked and he knew that would keep you calm and occupied when he would start seeing the first signs of you being overstimulated

He would always ask to touch you before pulling you in his arms or lap just to whisper in your ear and hold you which helped calm you down sometimes and even have you fall asleep

He will put headphones on your ears to play soothing music when you start getting frustrated from the overstimulation starting and especially if everyone else outside would be yelling

He will always put his hands over your eyes when any type of flashing effect would happen knowing how it hurt your eyes and over your ears when anytime of loud effect or music would blare loudly

He will pack things for you in his bag that will help you when you're overstimulated in any way and always brings you to the locker room where you felt safe

He would write a sign on the door telling everyone else not to knock loudly or yell and put a symbol for ADHD on the door and as soon as everyone found out why they would always be sure not to scare or upset you

Rhea

She would know immediately after noticing your patterns and would pay attention to know what triggered your overstimulation

She would have an ice pack or warm compress ready depending on how overstimulated you were and what your body temperature would be due to it

She would bring you food and drinks from catering before she would have her match to make sure that if you hadn't eaten in a long time that you did

She would make sure that she was allowed to touch you before gently massaging your shoulders and back to relieve the tension out of your body which helps you fall asleep and calm down

She also makes sure that you are not alone when you're in their locker room having Liv or Rey with you since they were the two people that you trusted other than her, your shared three friends, Edge, Solo Sikoa, and the Usos

She would definitely have you lay in her lap when you didn't want to be touched but wanting her to be with you and when you felt okay to be touched she would gently run her fingers through your hair

A/N: This ended up being kind of short but I'm gonna go ahead and say quality over quantity here.

After you showed Rhea a video of a guy pinning his girlfriend in a quite creative way. She cracks the idea of doing this to Dom and you’re totally in.

A few days later you’re standing backstage at the arena, you phone in your hand, ready to record Dom’s reaction to it.

Rhea has him up against some sort of garage door as she instructs him to put his hands together. The next step is to clasp them together, folding his fingers over his hands. She then instructs him to open one of his hands up again.

She takes her right hand and connects it with both of his, lifting his arms above his head and pinning him against the cold metal door. Her free hand lays on his back, keeping them close together.

Dom’s look as Rhea pins him is a perfect mix of shock and enjoyment. He looks over toward you, a look of disbelief on his face. 

”This was your idea, wasn’t it?” He asks before looking back at Rhea. You nod but he’s too caught up with staring at her smug face to see it.

”That was pretty hot, Mami.” He says to her. Rhea leans in close and whispers something in his ear that you don’t quite catch before pulling away, placing a kiss on his lips before letting him go.

You stop recording and put you phone away. ”Did you like it Dom Dom?” You ask in a chirpy tone, batting your eyelashes at him as he comes closer. 

”As a matter of fact, I did, and I think you will like it as well.” He says suggestively. You decide to tease him some more.

”Well, you’re gonna have to catch me first.” You say before taking off running down the hallway. He looks at Rhea, almost like he’s unsure of what to do.

”You heard her Dom, go catch her.” She says, waving him off as he takes off running after you.

”You can run but you can’t hide, Chica!” Dominik shouts after you as he sees you turn a corner.

You felt your nerves crash as you and Dom yell at each other about him promising to take a little time off not just to spend time with you but a well needed and deserved break from all of the stress he was dealing with for the last 3 months. You jump when he bumps into the island table knocking over some dishes you washed and dried crashing to the floor breaking as he walks out and slams the door making you jump and stand still as tears flowed slowly collapsing and picking up piece by piece blaming yourself zoned out as you cried cutting your hands. After spending an hour picking up the dishes and cutting your hands and the other crying you run your hands under cold water sniffling as you dry your hands changing and laying down as you hear the front door open and close staring at the wall as dom quietly walks in thinking you were asleep stripping down until he sees you wipe your face with a tissue feeling his heart drop and feeling his world crack knowing that he hurt you bad to make you cry. He lays down quietly behind you looking at the floor until he lays on his back looking at you feeling his eyes burn with tears of guilt as he sees your muscles tensed knowing it was a part of your anxiety "Baby please talk to me...I don't want you to feel like I am still mad" you listen as you feel him raise up seeing his hand out of the corner of your eye but see him hold it still above your arm hearing shakily breath feeling your heart stop turning your head to see him holding his face in his hands crying. "I don't want you to think I'd ever hurt you in anyway...I would rather be shot than ever hurt you" you grab his face wiping tears on his cheeks and moving strands of hair away "Hey honey...you just scared me I know that you would never ever hurt me I was just really upset and startled by the yelling and dishes breaking" he looks at your hands going to hold them when he sees the cuts on them "Mi alma your hands...what happened? Did..." your eyes widen grabbing his face gently as you stare into his soul "No no I didn't do that I never would I cut them while picking up the broken dishes...I was just trying to get it done I wasn't thinking". You both go in the bathroom cleaning and bandaging your hands sharing a long tight hug and many kisses as you lay back down with the tv on low volume watching a rerun of The Golden Girls as you share another kiss this one being longer and more emotional that the small ones before "I'm sorry Carino I was just so frustrated I didn't mean to yell at you I...I called while I was out and told them that I needed some time off for the next bit and they gave it to me" you look up at him as he smiles sweetly down at you caressing your cheek with his thumb "Baby you.." he stops before you can finish. "I am not going to push you away because of my career I would rather take a couple of breaks from training and matches to spend time with you than to work and you to leave because of it" you smile grabbing his face and kissing him tenderly wrapping your arms around his waist and burying your face in the crook of his neck as he kisses your head rubbing one hand down your back and the other holds you to him "I love you Guapa" you smile at the nickname sharing one last kiss as you feel the tiredness catch up to you "I love you Mi vida" he laughs sweetly as you both fall asleep in each other's embrace.
