Dear Lord,
You are the greatest healer. The Giver of life. God of miracles. The most merciful. Why did you allow death to come tonight and break into our door? Like a thief in the night he is not welcome here. I wish I could just scream and scare him away! You break my heart Lord. You hurt me a lot. I'm sorry but I'm angry! Yes I am. This pain is killing me. I feel so broken and incomplete. I was wondering how it feels to be loved...what a great feeling I guess. I wonder what it's like to have someone fall for you...really fall for you. Like he looks at you differently. That your existence makes him so happy. He is attracted to you not just because you're pretty and he wanted to get into your pants, but because you magically turns him on..that your presence just warms his cold day. He wants you and wanna be consumed by every piece of you. I wonder how it feels to be told, "your smile made my day".. "I love the way you make me happy".. "I love just the way you are", "I love that you exist".... đ #effectoftoomuchreading đshut up..wakeup!đđđđ

Tips for Coping with an Awful Day
1. Distract yourself. Let your mind wander and think about fun things youâve planned; or watch a funny movie; or call up a friend.
2. Play your favourite music.
3. Try and balance out your terrible day by thinking of something that went really well (and maybe unexpectedly well) recently.
4. Try and squeeze in time for exercise. The endorphins this releases will help to lift your mood.
5. Donât isolate yourself. Research shows that we generally feel better if we spend time with others, rather than retreating and being on our own.
6. Try to maintain perspective. Ask yourself, âHow much will this matter - a week, month or year from now?â
7. Try journaling. Many people find that just writing things down helps to drain away the negativity.
8. Go to bed early and try to fall asleep ⊠And remember that tomorrow is another day.
