Was it the rain? A bump in the road? Just two days into my epic #wayoftheroses bike ride from Marcombe to Bridlington, my bike skidded out of control ... and slammed the left side of my body to the concrete. Bad news: Grade 3 of an ACJ dislocation and out of the ride with my BF 😞Good news: Was wearing my helmet, Pubs serve Prosecco, and England has #freehealthcare 😃🍾 I'm now at #yorkhospital ... waiting for a follow up exam. How an uncle helped one young man to become self-sufficient
