i used to be obsessed with this meal so filling tasty light and easy when i just moved into my apartment i made it for like a week in a row

been asked for recipe so

roast green onions, mushrooms and broccoli, then add garlic, spice with salt, pepper, and dried rosemary. add some heavy cream 9% let it heat and then just break two eggs in it, i add some more salt and pepper on top of the eggs and sometimes parmesan cheese too and i like making a little cherry tomatoes red onion and feta cheese salad on the side

such simple dish but the broccoli and mushrooms with the heavy cream and everything turns out so delicious i'm obsessed with it bon appetite babies
