Hello everyone, I'm Yushidon. (A bit of a long story, sorry)
I got the idea to create (or rather cut) wallpapers from my favorite media (Animation, TV, Cinema, etc.) a while back because I was so frustrated by using screencaps as wallpapers, taking mushrooms, and imagining the movement (Dumb Joke).
The original purpose of these cuts was just to use them myself and die with them (that's deep). I was entirely selfish for a good 6 - 8 months (non-stop grinding day in and day out), but I got to a point where I had around 3,000 wallpapers (media cuts, now I'm on 25,000), and I realized even if I had a lifetime I would never enjoy every single cut I have ever made, so I got sad and stopped for a while (around 3 months) (≧﹏ ≦)
But one thing hit me while I was on hiatus, if not for myself, then why not for others (that was a good one, a bit cheesy, but good enough). I got the inspiration and managed to do almost 500 cuts in one day (it was peak performance) ever since that time, I've been trying to do a bit of something every week or so. It really is time-consuming but I like it now. ^_^
What scared me the most was the fear of all my effort being wasted on myself (LOL).

When it comes to the cuts, it becomes more like ''what do I feel like doing today'' type of thing (Hence the irregularity of distribution). Example: Today I felt like doing Gurren Lagann & tomorrow I feel like doing Kuroinu (this is honestly worse than mood swings).
The rules I follow for making the cuts are:
Only High-Quality Source: Since this is a once-in-a-lifetime thing, I only work with officially released Blu-rays or the highest quality I can find, the main reason being that Blu-rays are the final version (this means no releases based on trends).
Total Amount of Cuts: Most of these can go anywhere from 80 to 250, and it mostly comes down to the personal decisions I make during that time.
Editing: On all the videos, I make edits on the color and timing (sometimes I cut and combine scenes), all based on my personal preference.
Video Quality: Although I use the highest possible quality I can find, dealing with lost media is always a bit difficult, e.g., Naruto'' will always have a good source, but ''This Ugly Yet Beautiful World'' will have only low-quality sources and almost no extras. All videos are exported in 720/2k quality, while all static images come from the original video file.
Holy Grail Updates: When it comes to the frequency of uploads, I'll try to give daily/weekly statuses on my progress and will release weekly or daily. I only release TV shows in their entirety, the same thing as movies [I might add more screenshots in the future].
Clarity
Completed Cuts: For a specific media to be labeled as complete, it would mean that all openings, endings, menus, CMs, PVs, and extras are completely extracted and filed
Cuts In Progress: For a specific media to be in progress, it must have more than 3/10 of its content extracted, e.g, Chainsaw Man 4 out of 12 episodes are complete, but if it were 1 out of 12 episodes, it would not qualify.
Requests/Criticism: When it comes to this, I am willing to correct any mistakes I make and accept any suggestions given to help elevate the work. All constructive criticism is allowed, but hate or invalid complaints are unwarranted. In terms of requests, I will try my best to accommodate these.
