Decided to try my hand at drawing/painting @elsa-fogen 's Blinded AU Alastor. Been wanting to draw him for a bit and randomly felt like doing water colour again (it's been like...3 years since I last touched it, whoops) and figured he'd be a good test subject. Ngl I forgot to sketch the pinstripes on his suit so I thought I was finished then looked back at the reference pic and said "fuck" really loud sksksh. I also realized when doing the sketch that I like 100% forgot to give him a damn cranium and looked back at my other sketchbook where I'd been trying to draw my own version of Al and realized I did the exact same thing and that's why it looked so off. But yeah I've gotten used to drawing fnaf Sun and Moon's flat dinner plate heads and have forgotten that humanoid characters do not have flat skulls. I initially did not like the lineart when I started but then I made it shaky on purpose to vary the line weight and I liked it a lot better lol. Also I was using this post as a ref so that's why I didn't include his glasses (I was also hesitent to try painting them orz)

Anyways, I love the blinded au and all the other aus you have (that I've checked out so far, there's some I haven't gone through the masterposts for yet). You have an absolutely gorgeous art style and your comic compositions are really nice. I hope you're having a good day and thanks for the random motivation to dip my hands in watercolour again.

I might make a digital version at some point for fun but overall I'm very happy with it. I think it took about 3 hours from start to finish, which honestly isn't bad at all when I'm used to my digital art racking up double digits for total drawing time 💀

Ended up listening to BRKN LOVE's Black Box album the whole time I was painting it

I wanna try to make a fanfic or an AU or something about Alastor but I'm genuinely SO ASS at having imagination

Idk if that makes sense but you know the feeling youre ONLY interested in ONE character and litteraly nothing else so you cant even have the motivation to draw another character than the favorite one.. ITS SO ANNOYING! Everytime i try to draw another character i do it in 2min max and its ass like make any efforts People who ship are lucky cuz atleast they can make up a story between two characters but like.. I like radiosilence kinda but only for the alastor part! I dont care about vox at all like
