Purple: Iâve been down for a while and I donât exactly know why. Yellow: Iâm not doing well and Iâd like someone to keep an eye on me / check-in regularly. Orange: Iâm in a crisis. Please call or come over right away. Red: Call 911. I may hurt myself or others. Do NOT wait.
