YESSS!! From struggling to run for 1 minute straight to 5k!! Great job Jesse!! Jesse Wheeler Just completed my first official 5K today, thanks to C25K! And best of all, it was the local Run for Mental Health, in support of our regional Mental Health Association and Youth Shelter! Three months ago, the 60 second intervals of Week 1 were more than I could take. Today, it was just under 33 minutes straight. I feel better than I ever have! Just take it one step at a time! There is a difference between "sore" pain, and actually "injury" pain. Be smart and listen to your body. If you are dealing with an injury, make sure you're doing all the right things to allow your body to heal. But for those that are dealing with just being sore, or maybe just muscle "shock" because it's been a while since you've exercised, keep pushing through! #tbt #throwback shoutout to John!! Great job! John Vincent This is a throwback to my very first 5K back in 2014. The Zen Labs C25K app gave me the know how, I provided the will power. Now I'm three weeks away from running my first half marathon. Although I didn't use the ZenLabs Half trainer app, I still couldn't have made it to this point without the initial C25K app. PS: People ask me all the time how I got to the point of running a Half...i always link them to the C25K app.

Donna McCollor Bostwick Just competed in my first Tri Sprint in White Lake NC. I started running 4 years ago with c25k ap. Won the Asics hat I'm wearing in the pic. You inspired me and gave me a program that I had success in and now I'm doing tri's. So thankful for you guys! I'm 51 years young and feel incredible!!
