So I make barbie clothes now I guess...
I took a pottery workshop! It’s something my Dad and I had talked about before he passed and I was determined to go through with it despite everything else going on. I really, really, REALLY liked it. In fact, I’m signing up for a full course in the fall and then joining the burlington art gallery’s studio membership where I can work on pieces without having to spend about a million dollars on equipment.
I’m really excited about this and I’m so glad I went for it. The only thing is that my Dad never got to see it.
I’m here! I’m still around. The Etsy page has been down due to personal matters. I haven’t been crocheting or working on jewelry for a while now, but I’ve still been keeping busy. Remodeling the house, upcycling furniture, taking up pottery. I’m not sure what’s in store for the future, but I will resume regular posting and sharing my projects. The last few months have been really difficult for me, but I’m not giving up on what I love to do!
It’s been a while, but CHECK OUT ALL THESE COOL NEW THINGS IN THE SHOP!
I am all about the pastels lately. #aesthetic
Not the most effective assistant, but he’s trying his best.

Crochet Kerchief Scarves by Zerostitch

New project! My long distance friend commissioned this scarf and picked out the yarn when she spent a week with me. It was supposed to be a broomstick lace stitch but IT WAS NOT GOING WELL! This is the substitute design which seems to be working much better. I’ll still do a broomstick lace scarf for her in the future, but I wanted to finish this one before the end of the month!
Picking out yarn with her in person was so much fun. We went to this cute little shop downtown that has all kinds of fancy, hand spun yarn and the harder to find imported ones! Next time, I’m going to fly over to visit HER and see what amazing west coast fibers we can find together.
I was just laying here tastefully with my peel artistically arranged and the camera went off! I’m not a model, I’m a banana!
Crocheted weirdly realistic banana by @zerostitchstudio check the shop tomorrow to order your very own! Peel is removable. Probably not edible.
Scarf progress and space leggings and I’m even OUTSIDE? Nice.
My sweet, little table at the Paris Night Market! Check Etsy for new products arriving this week!
Rain, I love you, but if you personally attack me by coming down tomorrow at the craft fair because I couldn’t afford a damn canopy, I will come up there and punch your butt.
Now the other one is helping! Bug, PLEASE!
Four days until the craft show and Riley has volunteered his purrfessional fabric-testing abilities completely unsolicited.
Send help.
No tips today. Too stressed out for tips. So much left to do, SO LITTLE TIME! The craft show is officially one week away!
