Sun, is blackmailed. Says they don't have to, he'll keep quiet for free and won't even tell his friends (he'll fail to do so). And if that wasn't enough, Blake comes in with the steel chair and clobbers him with that last line.

Ruby confronts Weiss.

"I'm going to do everything I can to make this a great team. I won't let you back on the team even if you beg me, Weiss."

"And since when did I even try to quit the team in the first place?"

I meant to finish up this gif and clips series on Sunday, but I was caught in some work during the weekend and also enjoyed my Redo of the Snow Angel meme a bit too much! Not to mention I've collected quite a lot from these last two episode. So, I'll be slowing things down a little.

Redo of the Snow Angel

For day 7 and the conclusion of 2026's White Knight Week, I've created this little meme comic for the 'Confession/Near Death Experience' theme. Weiss really knows what she wants after everything that happened in the show, and she's not going to let a moment go to waste! If you ever feel like following up on this year's prompts, don't feel like you missed out, time is an illusion! You can draw and write whenever you wish!

Started putting this one together as the year began. Really wanted to take advantage of the renders I'd been making of Ice Queendom. Just a fun little time traveler Weiss meme inspired in part by Mallobaude's own redo meme series and his Stardust Valley.

Figured out how to do gradients while making this edit, it's actually super easy on my software! And I drew Jaune's hands and lower body for that last panel, I think they turned out very well.

Redo of the Snow Angel

Jaune and Weiss love each other. They go on dates and cuddly wuddly. They may have even held hands, uwu. They got married and lived happily ever after.

I really do like the concept here. Always a fan of time travel. And Weiss was definitely a big fangirl of the Rusted Knight fairy tales. I even made a meme comic in the past where Winter has got her the latest book of the Rusted Knight series, and they're going to read it together like it was the release of a Harry Potter book. And now Weiss gets to live out all her fantasies. Plus, now Weiss knows how good a guy Jaune actually is.

Ren's Diner

And it's day four of 2026's White Knight Week! The themes are "Coming Home" and "Coffee Dates." Check out the prompts for the week if you're interested in putting anything together, no need to feel constrained to the week itself!

I'm loving all the art and fics and memes people have been putting out. And, while I haven't had the time to put together much in the way of my own works for the event, that doesn't mean I'll leave you all hanging. So, I've put together this adorable little meme, Ren's Diner!

It even comes with accompanying music! Tom's Diner, by Suzanne Vega! Even has an Acapella version, which you may find appropriate. Great song by the way.

I've been sitting on adapting this song as a White Knight meme since September last year. Once I was listening to this song, I couldn't help but connect it to Weiss and Jaune. It's why I pushed so hard for coffee date to be one of the prompts for this year's White Knight Week.

Putting it all together took a decent amount of work, but I've got all the editing techniques down pretty well by now. So, it came together pretty quick and easy.

A nice little slice of life, a peek into their routine when the world isn't ending. Ren running a little tea and coffee shop, his own little diner. Nora coming to visit and being a little enthusiastic with her greeting, even dragging Ren off the screen during her kiss. Weiss trying to pass things off as if she wasn't interested in what's happening around her, reading the paper and enjoying a nice cup of coffee as she thinks of Jaune. And, once Weiss is done with her coffee, she grabs one to go for him.

If compression hasn't destroyed them, I did actually write little articles for the newspaper. Of course, 'Kooky Cookie At Large' by Lisa Lavender is an excerpt from my 'Pastry Pandemonium' fanfic, a cute little White Knight date night in Mantle. Here are the links, if you're interested. AO3 FFNet.

'What's Next for the SDC?' by N.S. (Nick Schwartz, as the voice actor for the unnamed Atlas Eye reporter from Volume 8 Episode 2)

With the fall of Atlas, the corporate headquarters for the global business conglomerate is gone with much of its assets. Without clear leadership and the recent criminal conduct of the company's owner, Jacques Schnee, the business is paralyzed.

Prices are soaring with the loss of the most productive Dust mines on Remnant, and the people of Vacuo demand action be taken. Councilmen are currently considering a potential nationalization of SDC assets, or holding them in trust until the culpability of the rest of the Schnee family is determined.

As Weiss Schnee is noted for having arrested her own father, the criminal Jacques Schnee, many believe she should be granted control of the company's remaining assets.

'My Girlfriend and I Beat Up Her Ex, and That Was Kind of Hot!' by Yang Xiao Long.

Ok, so things may have gone a little further than just beating him up. But trust me, he really had it coming to him. Honestly though, it was awesome. And my relationship with my girlfriend has never been better!

And here are the little side quotes on the 'Adam Taurus Dead' article.

"Off the record, I think this is going to be a drunken accident, if you know what I mean. He - ah, fell on his sword." - Says Police Chief

"Both Faunus and Mankind deserve a White Fang that can be a force for good. And it is my sincerest wish that I can help make that happen once again. But also, fuck Adam." - Ghira Belladonna

Outside all that, I do like that line about the actor (Adam) being someone Weiss had never heard of, considering she never got to interact with him.

There are layers to this meme, and I'm quite happy with it. Hope you all enjoy as well! I'll be trying to put together another meme for Sunday, so keep an eye out. Have a wonderful White Knight Week!
