just thinking about the time between the JuLai incident and meeting Milly in tristamp -> basically when Meryl was alone for the first time for around a year :(

i think its similar to their dynamic in '98/ specifically when Milly stopped Meryl from going back for Vash during fifth moon,, (I think about it too often imo one of the best millymeryl moments as it really showed how Milly would not hesitate to intervene when Meryl was not thinking straight in order to prevent her from being hurt further), but anywho
