Due to Israel's blockade of international aid, Gaza faces an unprecedented humanitarian catastrophe in 2025, with the entire 2.1 million population experiencing prolonged food shortages. More than a third of the population is not eating for days at a time and acute malnutrition is spiking with over 300,000 children at severe risk.
It is more important than ever to help now, since people in Gaza desperately need food, water, and medicine.
World Food Programme
The United Nations World Food Programme is the world’s largest humanitarian organization. It is one of the few international organizations that is still operating in Gaza since the aid blockade. Despite the scale and effectiveness of their work being severely hindered by Israel, WFP is determined to revert the devastating effects of the famine in Gaza.
Palestinian Children's Relief Fund
While access to Gaza remains highly challenging for external humanitarian aid, PCRF has been able to procure and distribute essential items from Gaza’s limited resources. We are working closely with multiple partners, including the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization, and prepare aid shipments for swift delivery when conditions allow.
Gaza Soup Kitchen
My name is Hani Almadhoun, and my family and friends live in the North of Gaza, Palestine. Most aid is being blocked at the border, and there isn’t nearly enough to fight back the famine or save my loved ones. So we decided to do something about it.
Water Is Life
Water is Life sources water from wells in northern Gaza and, with the help of donations, pays for trucks to distribute it around the strip.
Reviving Gaza
An initiative run by three siblings in Gaza, with an international team that focuses on fundraising. Thanks to the team in Gaza, donations are transferred with no fees and incur no commission costs.
Gaza Mutual Aid Solidarity
Gaza Mutual Aid Solidarity is an ad hoc group of volunteers with loved ones and family in Gaza. They have been hard at work providing direct mutual aid to families and individuals who faced dire conditions due to Israel's ongoing genocide. GMAS has distributed direct cash aid, built clay ovens, fixed sewage systems, and so much more... all thanks to the leadership of their teams on the ground, who know what is most needed at any given moment.
