hey dawg what's your opinion on nate x jules
yoo
actually, i’m a fan of the nate×jules dynamic. i think they’d look good together, since the show didn’t fully explore nate’s latent homosexuality through his ideas about the ideal girlfriend. nate radically rejects(is he ashamed of?) the idea of male body(??), i suppose as a result of the trauma from watching the material on his dad's disc. or perhaps he inherited his father's trauma in some way. i didn’t notice him having any close friends throughout the entire show... he never openly talked to anyone about his feelings at all. but when he opened up anonymously to jules as shyguy18, he seemed happy in that moment, or something close to it.
jules, with her physical "peculiarities" and mental need to be chosen specifically by a man with toxic displays of masculinity, is the perfect physical match for nate. however, mentally, i’m sure they would have destroyed each other. jules is a chaotic person who doesn’t know what she wants, in my opinion. but nate is also a total mess tho...
the end of nate jacobs
