Benefit of chickpea
Chickpeas offer specific health benefits to you, and consuming chickpea regularly boosts your intake of a few key nutrients.
Protein
Chickpeas provides you with a vegetarian-friendly source of protein, with each cup of cooked garbanzo beans containing 15 grams. Your body breaks down this protein into amino acids, and then uses them to maintain the health of your body's tissues.
Fiber
Opt for chickpeas as a rich source of dietary fiber. Foods rich in fiber help keep your colon healthy -- fiber helps soften stool to fight constipation, according to the Linus Pauling Institute. Fiber-rich foods also help control your blood sugar levels, because fiber slows down digestion, allowing sugar to move slowly from your digestive tract into your bloodstream. As a result, you're less likely to develop a blood sugar spike after eating, and won't experience the fatigue and irritation from a subsequent blood sugar crash. A cup of cooked chickpeas provides 12.5 grams of fiber -- half of the daily fiber intake recommendation for women or one-third of of the daily fiber recommendation for men, according to the Linus Pauling Institute.
Manganese and Folate
Garbanzo beans also contain vitamins and minerals and significantly boost your intake of manganese and folate. The mineral manganese helps support bone development and wound healing and also helps carry out chemical reactions important to your metabolism. A 1-cup serving of chickpeas contains 1.7 milligrams of manganese, approximately 94 percent of the daily recommended intake for women, or 74 percent of the RDA for men, according to the Linus Pauling Institute. Folate, or vitamin B-9, aids in new cell growth and brain cell communication and protects against genetic mutations that contribute to cancer development. Eating a cup of chickpeas provides you with 282 micrograms of folate, or 71 percent of your daily folate requirements, according to the NYU Langone Medical Center
Notice
Chickpeas are a source of incomplete protein, which means they do not contain every amino acid you need for good health. Make sure you combine them with other sources of protein, such as nuts, whole grains, dairy, eggs or meat to prevent an amino acid deficiency.
All the drinks from Beyond smoothie cooked chickpea in a right way. All the nutritions will be maintained. Eating chickpea is now a enjoyable thing, with incredible texture and wonderful taste.

Eat healthier by adding beans to your diet !!
Beans, beans, the musical fruit The more you eat, the more you toot. The more you toot, the better you feel. So eat beans at every meal!
Yes, beans might cause flatulence, but they’re incredibly healthy for you. Beans/legumes have a high content of folate and vitamin B6, so they are good for your heart and it makes sense to include them in your diet. Legumes are also very high in fiber. Just one cup of cooked beans can provide as much as 15 grams of dietary fiber, more than half the daily value.
Another reason why beans can benefit your heart is that they are rich in magnesium. By substituting meat with legumes, you would still get the protein you need without the high doses of saturated fat.
1⃣ Black Beans -100 grams of Black Beans, boiled without salt, contain 8.86 grams protein, 132 calories and 8.7 grams of dietary fiber.

4⃣ Kidney Beans - 100 grams of Kidney Beans, boiled without salt, contain 8.67 grams of protein, 127 calories and 7.3 grams dietary fiber. Kidney (Beans in the white in color are known as cannellini beans.)
5⃣ Lima Beans - 100 grams of Lima Beans, boiled without salt contain 7.80 grams of protein, 115 calories and 7.0 grams of dietary fiber.
6⃣ Pinto Beans - 100 grams of Pinto Beans, boiled without salt, contain 9.01 grams of protein, 143 calories and 9 grams fiber.

8⃣ White Beans - 100 grams White Beans, boiled without salt, contain 8.97 grams protein, 142 calories and 10.4 grams dietary fiber.
✳ The most significant nutritional difference between canned and dried beans is their sodium content. To limit your sodium consumption, buy dried beans. To save prep time, soak them in the morning. When you come home from work, they’ll be ready for you.
American red cross need more video marketing and advertising
As a non-profit organization, the biggest changes red cross facing is to raise fund or to encourage people to help others. How to make people donate or get involved to help others? I believe emotion should be a very important part of any marketing effort of red cross.
However, when I go to the red cross website page. I can not really tell its function as a non profit orgazation designed to help people, except for its big "donation" landing page. I then go to campaigns pages from red cross website. what I saw are lots of text used to describe the campaign. I cannot strongly moved by those descriptions.
One way to improve is to employ more touching videos on the website of red cross and create at least one video for each campaign. Video involves pictures, voices and movement. It's might be the most emotional tool for viewers. Besides, I believe people are more and more nailing to read loads and words today. And a good video can help people get the informations more precisely and quickly.
Those videos should not only be posted on their own website but also posted on social media networks like Facebook, twitter and youtube. If they can make a clickable link at the end of every video to allow people donate, it should be very effective.
The innovation of we chat
Since its debut in 2011, WeChat has become the envy of China's social networking space.
We chat is throwing itself into monetizing the app, going well beyond selling users emoticons and extra lives for games and into e-commerce and banking. Last year, we chat parent company Tencent raised the stakes by linking its online payment tool, Tenpay, to WeChat. WeChat has seized on the particular needs and opportunities of the Chinese market, from the rise of mobile to the declining relevance of Weibo to the fact that most Chinese people don't use credit cards (yet).
Firstly, in order to attract more customers, we chat did a very big "taxi"campaign. If you book taxi through"didi taxi" and pay through we chat, use will get part of your payment free.
Secondly, it's developed a combination of services to serve people's need. for example, people can now send out Hongbao (a red envelop full of money ) through we chat in Chinese new years eve. Also, when you go out to have dinner with friends, we chat provids a easier way to AA the bill. Moreover, if you borrow from someone, you can now return the money back easily through we chat. The customer experience is even much more easier than the "quick pay" service provided by chase bank in USA.
Thirdly, people can order food through we-chat now. The experience of ordering food is very quick and simple. Besides, as a platform primarly serve the purpose of chatting. We chat ordering system enable companies to confirm the order and talk to customers easily to get feedback or to get more engagement.
We chat is not the first to employ mobile payment and online ordering. International social media Facebook and domestic e-commerce alibaba have tried in those area for long time. But the real innovation os we chat is to make those applications extremely simple and intergrated very well with each other.
Deploy an effective email campaign in a mobile environment
It is becoming common for people to check their email on their mobile phones. An email campaign in a mobile environment can be very productive if conducted effectively.
Here are something marketer need to answer begin any email campaign. 1. what is the goal? Email marketing should be considered in line with your overall marketing and digital strategy. 2. what type of email campaign? promotional or newsletter? 3. who is your target customer? For customers using smart phone, HMTL may works better for display and attract attention, but for customers using simpler phones, pure text is much more favorable. 4. Decide on KPIs for the campaign. After answering these four questions, we can start plan a email campaign considering customer experience when they "open""read"and "act-on"in a mobile environment.
Firstly, to get people to open it, you need to have an attractive pre-header, maybe try to include some call to action in this part. Another way to do it is to host your email newsletters online and link to them from your pre-header. That way, anyone who opens your email on a mobile – even those whose mobile phones display emails in plain text – can click straight through to an HTML version of your newsletter.
Secondly, make your email readable and beautiful (which does't mean colorful and crowded). This requires a marketer to deliver all the information clearly through email. For example, content needs to be laid out in vertically and horizontally aligned blocks, with gaps in between. Doing this will make it easier for various operating systems and email clients to scale your email down to fit a mobile screen. Besides, you have to make sure that you very image go along with text to allow your email to deliver its message with or without images.
Thirdly, your email must be designed for touch and your landing page should be consistent with your email campaign. it will be easier for touch screen users to follow through on your Call to Action. Many mobile devices have touch screens so users will be tapping at your links with their fingers. Marketer should pay attention to any link included in the email for mobile devices. Try to included less and make more space between links to make it easier for users to touch. In addition, the landing page from any email link has to be very carefully designed. Any promotion information mentioned in email should be shown on that landing page, and they need to be optimized to close the call to action.
Finally, you need to test your email campaign and track your email campaign performance by monitoring you're KPIs.
The effectiveness of hyper-targeted display
Hyper-targeting refers to the ability to deliver advertising content to specific interest-based segments in a network. It enables online marketers to tap into self-expressed user information to target campaigns like never before.
Hyper-targeted display is very useful and effective if used wisely. it shows ad to consumers based on their interest and need. Meanwhile, it helps a brand to stand out from increasing crowded online marketing. In short, it provides an very effective way to help a brand to find its potential customers based on ones online searching information.
Although hyper-targeting is very effective in reaching a potential customer , it may not necessarily means being effective in driving sales. Here is a situations the effectiveness of a hyper-targeting display ad maybe questionable.
The ad shows a product already purchased. For example, I searched for an Duvetica jacket 3 months ago. It's good to see ads about that jacket when I am online. Sometimes I clicked on that ad and finally I bought one with discount. However, I continue to see ads and discounts about of jacket after I bought. It's not a very cheap jacket, but those ads(some with discount information) makes me feel the jacked is everywhere. I am kind of get sick of that ad and that picture. I personally think this is a very important factor marketer need to consider when they do hyper-targeting displays. They should avoid to provide too specific ads(exactly same product the consumer searched). Because the only competing point becomes price if one advertise a product a consumer already know. And very likely have already bought.
Here’s how Sriracha works.
interesting perspective of source ad.
3-months search campaign for jumbo juice
The company I picked up is 'Jumba juice'. Firstly, I did a brainstorm and picked up the following 18 keywords.
Then I used keyword planner to get some more detailed information about those key words.
Here is the 3-months search campaign budget. The everyday budget is $10, so for a 3 months period, the budget will be $900.
Here is the search ad copy I designed to go with the search campaign.
Here is the idea of how the landing page will look like when people click on the ad.
Comment of the content of two websites
1. Warby Parker, A glasses company started its business online four years ago. Here is how the home page look like.
The primary purpose of this website is to sell the glasses. Most parts of the website serve this purpose. No matter the customer click "MEN", "Women" or any pictures on the homepage, one will lead to the page of products to know more information about any glasses and buy the glasses directly from there. Of course, there are other information in the website which is not very directly related to the primary purpose of sell. Those are the content used for marketing the brand as a high fashionable brand and allow customers to know more about the brand.
2. Volvo. A car company sells its cars worldwide and mainly through dealers. Here is how the home page look like.
The primary purpose of this website is to marketing its cars and give some information to customers who interested in their cars. The content of its website serves the purpose very directly and closely. It provides text, pictures and videos to show the cars. And also, its very easy for customers to find information about dealers if they want to buy cars.
Does the landing page from email ad serves your purpose?
Nearly everyone receives a abundance of email ads today. Companies are trying their best to stand out from the crowd and to attract customers. They design their email ads carefully with facinating titles, pictures and offers and so on. However, all the efforts will be ruined if a customer leave as soon as they get to the landing page. So "does the landing page from email ad serve you purpose?" It's an very important question no advertiser should ever avoid.
I looked through my email quickly and saw this ad featured by pink, full of the smell of valentine's day.
I clicked the picture and be led to the landing page. It is a very simple and neat website, nothing fancy at all.
It is pretty coherent with the email ad, with pink as backgroud and all the information from email layout clearly on the top. But the offers and discount information is not aggressive so I didn't have the felling of SALE. In addition, the landing page uses good-look pictures to categories products fell into "the trend event" and uses the left side column to show other categories in texts. So consumers go to the website because of the email ad will notice the most relevant information first and can easily find the link if they would like to explore the shop more.
Generally, it is a good experience and I think this landing page serves the purpose pretty well. Maybe I would recommend to add more personalized content in the landing page if possible.
So, what about you? Does your landing page serves your purpose well?
