Twins Mod: 1.1 Update

This is the update of my mod that automatically recognizes fraternal and identical twins and gives them unique gameplay.

What's new?

Automatic Elder / Younger Twin statuses and related gameplay

New satisfaction system of being twins with a visible relationship track, affecting the whole twin gameplay experience

More special moments: invent secret language, make up personal handshake, unique moodlets when taking shared photos

More personal interactions: comfort, tease or insult twin with phrases based on twins' personalities

Age specific interactions: share toy for toddlers, support bear phase for children, play mind reading (and actually learn something!) for children and teens

Attend school pretending a twin to improve school performance (or worse it ;D)

Trying on twin's outfits and comment them 💅

Public Release: Fundoshi

A fundoshi is a traditional Japanese undergarment. I was asked about making this by a couple of players, and thought it would be a good idea and a fun addition for people with the Snowy Escape expansion!

The fundoshi is available for male sims and female sims with a masculine frame.

Better Argue Anims

For an unknown reason, Maxis used 'agree' talk anims for the argue interaction. Especially weird as it always causes a relationship hit. In my book, that's the opposite of agreeing.

This mod replaces the argue anims with ones that look, well, arguing. No more enthusiastic smiling while being rampaged at.

Should be base game compatible. I don't know anything this conflicts with, but run HCDU to be sure.

The Beginning of the Feud

  The divide between the Capp and Monty families is clearly symbolized in Veronaville, with both sides separated down the middle by a canal. The Monty family lives on the more rural, Italian-inspired western side, more akin to the city of Verona where Romeo & Juliet is supposed to take place. Conversely, the Capp family is located on the more populated Tudor-inspired eastern side of the river, more akin to Shakespeare’s birthplace of Stratford-upon-Avon.

  The clear contrast between the two sides was most likely intentional, as the vast differences between the east and the west sides of the canal perfectly mirror the inability to of the feuding families to come together. Though, while we are aware of the feud both consciously through the narrative and subconsciously through the neighborhood’s design, we still cannot be sure about other factors: like the how’s, the why’s, the when’s, the who’s. While we know bits and pieces, EAxis has not revealed the whole story behind this feud, and at this rate, they probably never will. So, it is up to us to determine what we believe to have happened.

Flipped Mission - This mission building was renovated into a family home for 4, but there's plenty of space to shape to your family's needs.

Spent a couple weeks making this mission style home. The rest of the rooms might be kind of a flop but I went off with the kitchen and having it open into that courtyard... love that for me.

Anyway, For Rent made me too powerful. I'm going to turn the Akiyama house into a rental lot so I can cram more houses into Mt Komorebi because it's my favorite world.

Still sparsely furnished but I'm quite pleased with this. I did crack and use some CC on this one, and I'm glad I did. The bottom half has a little "restaurant" in front that will function with @down-in-simsland's lot traits. The other half is the Akiyama family's house, mostly untouched aside from a heavily trimmed backyard.

Turned the bar into a block of buildings and with the lot traits mod the bar still functions with the rentals! Having way too much fun with this.

Blogging increases social need

The creation of this mod was prompted by @rockethorse' urbi et orbi request. The mod makes Sims gain the same amount of social need while blogging as the amount of fun need they gain.

Fun fact, blogging in the fact gives less fun need (25 points per hour) than browsing web (35 points per hour). I kinda can see the reason for this choice - thinking about what you're going to write and trying to find the right words isn't that fun. :/

This mod overrides BHAV "Interaction - Browse Web/Blog" of group 0x7F441294 and instance 0x00002098.

NPCs Don't Forget To Spray Garden compatible with hospital mod

Why does hospital mod have to conflict even with the tiniest mods?😫

This mod makes @lamare-sims NPCs Don't Forget To Spray Garden compatible with hospital mod. There are two versions, like in Lamare's original mod: Seasons to Free Time and Apartment Life. Choose one!

Use SNtoFT versions if you don't have AL. In this case you should have CJH_Hospitals_PetsToAL, CJH_Hospitals(Pets+), CJH_Hospital_and_Visit_PetsToAL or CJH_Hospital_and_Visit_PetsToAL_riders version of hospital mod.

If you have AL or M&G, choose AL version. In this case you should have one of following versions: CJH_Hospitals(Pets+), CJH_Hospital_and_Visit_AL, CJH_Hospital_and_Visit_AL_riders, CJH_Hospital_and_Visit_AL_globe or CJH_Hospital_and_Visit_AL_globe_riders.

Replace Lamare's mod with my edit and make sure it loads after the aforementioned files of hospital mod.

Batuu Species Defaults by DustinBroke

This is a set of full body defaults for the alien species present in Batuu, since EA didn’t bother giving them full bodies and instead opted for weird glove, hat, sock hybrid things. This defaults will affect all Batuu generated townies automatically, no need to go into CAS and swap anything over.
