Many of you could have guessed that the last few months as far as maintaining a #healthy #outlook , not just healthy #mindful eating. I mean who would, I'm not super woman! Yep I did put some weight on... It sucks. So the worst is over my amputation went fantastically, my functional beautiful artfully designed #prosthetic is being made as I type. So it's time to refocus on getting my body back to some what of a healthy cycle of food right? So how do you #restart back? #Helpful advice?
