I… well. If any Zim other than my own died, I would… be very upset. I would mourn, and probably have a hard time grieving if I was close to him. I’d live, though.

If my Zim died, I’d die with him. That’s it; no mourning, no trying to live through it. I wouldn’t be able to. I’d die soon after he did, end of story.
