i started playing the sims in 2012, with the sims 3 being my first game (and my absolute favorite ^____^)

i bounce between playing the sims 2, 3, and 4 so except challenges and stories from all of them (currently on hiatus from the sims 4 until infants come :p)

i haven’t really been playing the sims 222 much but i AM preparing 4 the baby update! so i guess i am playing the sims?? Cx

Egypt! 🇪🇬🐪

that’s right! we’re off 2 egypt which means we’re off 2 get a man. ;) scuba diving really payed off

she got up nice and early and made herself some delicious pancakes 🥞 then we were off!

obviously our first task was 2 go find our dream guy so we rushed over 2 the markets and that’s where we met…..

honestly the rest of our trip was pretty tame. we dug through some ruins and found lots of nice stuff and then met a crow named poe!

he was honestly the best bird but unfortunately we couldn’t take him home. ): WE’LL ALWAYS REMEMBER YOU POE!!!!!!

that’s really it! we slept under the stars and it went exactly as planned. youssef will be our husband soon and we won’t have 2 be so alone n___n

Week 1! 🌊🏝

yay!! our first week on this island! i mean.. maybe not yay 4 our poor gwen.. -__-;

she almost immediately started painting which i think is so beautiful! she found the beauty in the bad.

i think she’s always been superrrrr interested in scuba diving but never thought it would be possible, until now! so we went snorkeling almost immediately ^___^

isn’t she so cute T____T GWEN!!!!!!!!!

then this happened….

what are you doing in the ground get out!!!!!! derp.

later on we decided, hey, maybe we should do some night fishing!

then we cuddled up in our little shack 4 the night.. 💤

next morning i took this GORGEOUS screen shot of her…. wow

i also upgrades her house just a tinyyyyyyy bit

nothing 2 special yet.

moreeeeee night fishing and the next day we decided 2 move our house over 2 a diving lot!!!

honestly…… really fucking scary down here 0___0;

but! we found a chest and also spotted an old merman… decided we wouldn’t talk 2 him. this time.

^ side note. the rules say you aren’t allowed 2 talk 2 mermaids but i LOVE mermaids and see no harm in it so ill be disregarding that rule during my play through. 🧜‍♀️🧜🧜‍♂️🌸

i haven’t mentioned this but it seems gwen LOVES 2 eat while sitting on the toilet -__-

at the end of the week i decided 2 upgrade her little abode a little more! scuba diving is definitely the way 2 go n___n

finally a real bed and shower! we’re definitely using that immediately.

i don’t know why it’s just so super cute 2 me T___T

but that’s really all 4 this week. i would say it was a pretty successful first sims week!

side note if any1 is reading and keeping track: i really don’t like how im documenting this series! i’m basically just saving screenshots as i save, putting them in their correct “week” folders. it just makes it hard 4 me 2 remember what exactly was going on and if i missed anything. luckily i i ot have 2 make 2 more posts like this ^__^ so anyway, if anything seems off or you’re missing anything, please excuse it! posts will be better so soon! ❤️💖💞💕💝💘💓❤️💖❤️💕

let’s meet our founder! gwen song. our poor girl who took a tumble off the side of her cruise ship va-kay..

there she is! isn’t she so cute T___T i was thinking maybe she was really in2 gyaru b4 she came here so that’s her makeup inspo? gyaru girl stranded on an isolated island, using natural materials 4 her makeup Cx

her traits may seem kind of random but i thought they were perfect! honestly it makes no sense 2 me how a sim with perfect traits could end up here. it was a freak accident and she was unlucky. though, she ends up loving it and living here for her whole life c: maybe she didn’t have the best most supportive family/friends back where she came from :p

i think she’s a bit of a klutz who loves makeup/fashion and just wants 2 find “the one.” i think she really enjoyed the ocean/summer/beaches and what not, which is probably how she falls in love with this place. her own little artistic home that won’t ever judge her. on the other hand her lifetime wish is a bit random.. -__-; i really just had no idea what 2 give her! i also wanted 2 give her something i haven’t really done yet in game and believe me, i’ve done the art ones MANY many times.

i think it’ll be really fun! she’s just a sweet girl n___n

Isle of the Midnight Sun Challenge!!👙🐚

welcome 2 the Midnight Sun Challenge! 4 those of you don’t know, this is a classic sims 3 challenge. The story line goes as below:

you wake up, hot and sweaty in an unfamiliar tropical beach. you don’t remember much but what you do, is not good. one second you were enjoying a much needed vacation and now you’re stranded, bruised and confused.

so basically you’re a single sim stuck on an isolated island. the only interaction you can get is by traveling abroad. i guess you fall in love with the “island life” that you decide 2 go on 4 5 generations!

i’m so so so SO excited 2 share this here! ive actually played this challenge a few times but have never got 2 5 generations so here we go again! ^___^

i decided 2 use the island paradise version world (v3) which comes with a boat house. it’s very… out of story line but whatever! i wanted the diving lots more :p i don’t believe it comes with custom light settings either? i’m not sure, we’ll find out 2gether!

i did edit some of the world setting so here they are

the weather was really not working 4 me here -__-; curse you cloudy weather!! but here's a nice little overview with our main girl painting. we’ll meet her in a post soon ;) (she’s so cute)

here’s our kitchen/living room/bedroom! i decided 2 use bright walls because that felt tropical 2 me. plus it’ll definitely lighten the mood ^___^

a view from the back of the house, where we’re able 2 boat around. honestly really horrifying looking out there.. 0_0;

aaaanndd our toilet room. i used arch ways because she’s the only one living here. there’s really no danger at all and it’ll let more natural light it! you might’ve also noticed the colorful tiles i used on the walls here and on the counter top earlier. i thought maybe they could’ve been glass shards she found?

last but certainly not least, we have our sims family tree for this generation! this will keep WAY better track of every1 c:
