“Higher-ups” Zone Cop uniform design idea based off of Warden’s uniform.

This uniform would typically be reserved for higher standing people in the No Zone (possibly for those belonging to a particular elite millitary sector...?), as well as an attire used for special/important occasions or otherwise.
