quick cissia redesign 🩷🐍
i really dont like her base design. the colours are thrown together in such a weird way, same as all her pieces of clothing - every piece of her clothing tries to be fanservice-y so hard, that thrown together, nothing in her makes sense. there's also barely anything showing that she's working for neps, and no, slapping a NEPS text all over her isn't helping that, so i tried to add more elements restraining her, to make her actually look like a criminal working for the police (zzz missed out on that bdsm bait ngl) and i wanted to make her a bit more coherent, but idk, this is purely for fun. i might make a better version later who knows ╮(ᵕ—ᴗ—)╭
