Hot take: new years resolutions should be more simple than people are making them. People set out every year for one thing they want to get better at for the year. But people tend to struggle on keeping that idea in their head. So what I suggest is that you shouldn't hit something so high that you most likely won't reach. Example: for eating better, don't throw all the snacks you loved away, keep half and throw a few fruits and vegetables into your daily meal. For exercise, if you don't have time for the gym, make an at home gym (doorframe pull up bars, yoga mats, etc)
