Made the complete switch to Cashew milk in my coffee with about a tablespoon or less of honey a mug. Doesn't matter the size, 8oz or 16oz. It's never more than that! So that means I ditched unnecessary ingredients that are HARMFUL to your body and cut my calories in half. This 16oz mug is 76 kcal and I couldn't be happier. ☺️💪🏻😎
