I just read a fic (by an anonymous user on Ao3, so I can't even shout them out) where Dex drunk punches someone for being a homophobic asshole and the line is just, Jack: "The cop was going to send Dex and the guy home, so Dex fought the dude, almost got away, and then threw up on the cop car because he was angry.”
