I mostly blog about The Terror and Interview with the Vampire but my allegiances are shifting all the time and are rarely subtle. Some of the content that can be seen on here may be nsfw, so please tread lightly if you are sensitive to that.
I ran @terrorgarmentweek and I co-ran @terror-pissvember
Okay so I made a list of 30 (well, 29 actually) prompts I am releasing into the wild. The point of this is that at least one of the participants are not having a good time.
It has 30 prompts for November but feel free to write and post whenever, but please add the tag #No one nuts November or #NoonenutsNovember wherever you post. You do not have to @ or credit this blog if you use any of these prompts.

I finished Victorian Psycho (on audiobook) this morning and absolutely loved it. I am usually an audiobook disliker, but the story was so good once I started listening, I couldn't stop thinking about it. I really loved the grotesque depictions of gore and horror, which were disgusting but never overshadowed the main plot and the compelling characters. It had a great twist and a satisfying ending. On top of this, the trailer for the upcoming movie looks great, it's just to my personal taste and the song is Throw Yourself to the Sword by Die Spitz which is one of my favorite bands. (Something to Consume, which is the album that Throw Yourself to the Swords is apart of, is one of my all time favorite albums as well.)
All in all, I am so fucking excited. I hope you are all ready for Victorian Psycho/Die Spitz Late Summer Early Autumn.

Victorian Psycho has the best use of imagery as mood setting, character psychological framing, character physical descriptions…like. Let me just show you 2 I’ve highlighted.
Example 1:
“Rusted freckles sprinkle his strikingly long forehead like the indiscriminate spray of blood from a slit throat.”
I’m sorry??? What did you just say about goddamn freckles?!
Example 2:
“Observing my clean, respectable image in the glass I open my mouth wide in an attempt to catch a glimpse of the Darkness within me, to spy it peeking out of me, slick and muscular and toothed, like a lamprey swallowed whole.”
Virginia Feito, what do I do be around your writer brain all the time?
This is 100% the type of book that I know will live with me, possess me, infiltrate my creativity, like a cloaked wolf.
Wow okay- Manving week. Just a little event for the dead dove/deadrooms ship and their untapped gothic horror potential. I decided to use songs as prompts instead of one worders, you can use the songs to draw inspiration or just do your own thing. It's just a loose guide for how you might want to vibe with it. Also you don't have to post on the corresponding days obviously.
Here's what I have to say: It doesn't HAVE to be a ship thing, make them friends, enemies, totally platonic, whatever. As long as it has Manson and Irving interacting I am happy. NSFW welcome. You can include other characters if you do a fic. Basically anything is welcome lol I don't care, doesn't have to be a fic can be anything. Just tag me and I'll repost. If you don't like this and don't want anything to do with the event or the ship, keep scrolling.
it's @nobodysomega here btw, who else would it be.
