Salt water flush
I couldn't sleep so I decided to do a salt water flush at 3:15 am. I was going to do it in the morning since I haven't pooped in a couple days but what the hell I can't sleep so I decided to give it a try.

Salt water flush
I couldn't sleep so I decided to do a salt water flush at 3:15 am. I was going to do it in the morning since I haven't pooped in a couple days but what the hell I can't sleep so I decided to give it a try.
Improbable
I've set my goal so improbable. To me though I honestly believe it's possible. I've never been determined to accomplish something inconceivable. I can do this!
Day 2 Had vibrant dreams. Thought the dreams were unusual. I felt like I slept for a long time but it was just 4-5 hours. Watched more videos on ppl doing water fasting. Seems like everyone says itās not so much too lose weight but Iām a little skeptical? Thereās lots of different opinions about fasting. Learning what I can. Making my own opinions. Did the precor AMT thing again. My pulse was about 10 beats faster on average and I felt like it was a notch tougher even though I used the same settings - added a minute now at 22 minutes total. Lifted short but vigorously - chest. Still trying to burn the sugar out of my system. Iāll keep pushing the workouts and see what changes Iāll need to make as I experiment. I drank 2 sugar free rockstars along with some BP coffee. Mixed Bragg apple cider vinegar with stevia in my water. It was ok but read some stuff about the Bragg dude and how he was a bs'er. I felt some irregular heartbeats so Iāll work on lessening my caffeine tomorrow. I have had serious pain in my right shoulder when I lift my arm overhead for a while and strangely itās completely gone. Weird! Weight was 257.
Day 0 My plan is to do any and everything possible to weigh 199.9 lbs and overcome diabetes - quickly! FASTING, cleanses, salt water flushes, enemas, weight training, aerobic activity and chopping off limbs.
