I really love the fact that in 2019/2020 a lot of people have come back into vocaloid and embraced the aspect this music played in our pre-teen/teen lives. It's so poignant to come back to these songs, to these unbelievably lonely and isolated songs, and say 'this was a time of my life I refuse to be ashamed of'. They really played an important part of so many of our lives and seeing people band together to share that part, mourn it and celebrate it, is amazing.
