Ep 7 brought omegaverse lore to the table with Phatsa asking the age old question: where do babies come from?

Because he had the sex ed class that taught him the cisgendered way so of course he would be confused. And heās probably thinking back to ep2ās convo with Ongsa just after he got bitten who said something about male omegas bearing children in passing.
So how does a male omega get preggers? Sex, duh.
Letās ask the omegaverse doctorā¦
First an omega goes into heat and seeks out an alpha to mate with. This is equivalent to a uterus haverās ovulation period. Itās all decorated with fresh lining to prepare for the baby aka a new parasite that takes up squatting.
So like he said, during sex, the base of an alphaās dick swells in preparation for an orgasm forming a knot. And it gets stuck. Sometimes itās like a precum orgasm then knotting and full release. All up to the authorās preference.
And the omega will know if their alpha knots because they can feel it swelling up like a fucking balloon. Sometimes itās painful. And Nakhun being a true alpha means he is already forearm size in manhwa terms. Pray for Phatsaās bussy everyone.
An alphaās knot can last around 10-30minutes to ensure no swimmers escape out the womb, maybe longer if the author deems it. In manhwas, we see the conception happen and we all yell āMpreg time!ā because that womb was filled.
During this time, the alpha and omega are stuck in whatever position they were in until the alphaās knot is done. Better hope youāre in a good hugging position because you donāt want to rip your bussy by moving. Once the swelling goes down, they can finally separate and now thereās a little dumpling in the oven.
But wait that doesnāt fully explain how Phatsa has a uterus! (and how that works)
And Nakhunā¦ well he explainsā¦
yeah that does sound horrifying.
So what Nakhun is explaining here is that Phatsa will grow a butt baby using his hidden uterus that opens up during heat. (And itās prepped with neon flashing lights at the tunnel opening for an alphaās knot during heat cycles)
And as the baby grows, his body will change. (LETS GO BABY BUMPš) Male omegas need birthing hips and his innards get moved around to fit his tiny parasite person.
And when the time comes, Phatsa will have a birthing canal formed to deliver the baby naturally. Whether thatās through his asshole or an entirely new hole is something that will need to be determined.
And as an avid reader of omegaverse, it seems like Knot might be going with the uterus being attached to the intestinal wall with a secret tunnel/door type of mpreg. But all still body horror nonetheless.
Obviously pregnant omegas are still humans so they carry the baby 9 months just like normal. And will have pregnancy symptoms like morning sickness, food cravings, fatigue, and sensitivity to smells (specifically pheromones).
This sensitivity to smells is why omegas nest and stay in/near it during their pregnancy. (You can read up my essay on nesting here) Their nest gives them comfort and the baby feeds off the alpha smell while in the womb. Sometimes we get the alpha with couvade syndrome aka phantom preggo symptoms and well ā they do share a bond š.
If a pregnant omega doesnāt get enough of their alphaās scent during the every stage of pregnancy, they can have complications like miscarriage. (And in Phatsaās momās case: death) Some authors use a pheromone shower to make the uterine walls stronger. Some get the doctor prescribed pheromones through sex and the addition of the alphaās cum strengthens it. (Or in the later stages helps prepare for birth š)
