I think about the little things of Fine Line (2019)… the happiness of desperation in golden…. the poppy lightheartedness of watermelon sugar… the pleading to worship with the sonar heart beats of adore you… the pain of isolation and self reflection in lights up… the softness of craving in cherry… the feeling of being unwanted because of who you are in falling… the tenderness once the match lights in tbsl…. the PAIN that is she and her magical guitar solo while dueting himself…. the joy in the future to the boops of sunflower vol 6…. the giddy longing for home in canyon moon… a memorable song created for and to celebrate fans in tpwk…. and i can’t even talk about fine line the song. the ache in the strumming, the pain in the falsetto, the internal agony turning into hopeful ascension through delicate self assuring chants accompanied with the glorious trumpets until it all crescendos into knowing it will be alright and the quiet peace of understanding settles in. I just… thank you harry. you really delivered a beauty.

i don’t even like harry styles as an artist but yall are deliberately interpreting him as malicious with his gender non conformity just because he hasn’t claimed an approved label. you’re missing the point of the gay rights liberation movement by trying to limit gender non conformity to only approved categories of people and mocking the rest. all you have to do to be gender non conforming is be gender non conforming. no one owns it and no one should own it.

It' SO annoying when Louis is the one who went to Nialls first solo tour to support but Niall doesn't care about that I really hope Louis stops showing any kind of support to Niall and Liam

Yeah, sorry, but I hope Louis never supports any of the boys publicly again. I can’t even be happy about Niall being at Harry’s show because I find it so sad that Louis, who has dealt with the largest obstacles in terms of going solo in the first place and has been consistently pushed aside by the media, by other celebrities, by his own team and label....that none of the boys are willing to publicly support him. (And no, going to TXF six years ago doesn’t count.)

Louis has praised Harry repeatedly. In contrast, Harry has said Louis’ name once since going solo during a joke on SNL. Harry has never said a positive thing or even so much as liked a post complimenting Louis or his music. Harry, who is by far the most famous of the bunch, could do so much for Louis by even just saying something nice about him, but he doesn’t.

Louis attended Niall’s tour. Niall was in London when Louis played in London, yet didn’t bother attending. He could show up to Harry’s show though!

Even Liam, who talks about Louis incessantly in interviews (to the point where Louis told him to stop), almost never says anything positive about his solo music or career. He talks about him overcoming personal problems and talks about how much of a leader he was in the band, but that’s about it.

Zayn, like Harry, won’t even follow Louis back on Instagram.

I love One Direction and I loved all the boys, but man, it is fucking hard to watch the way that Louis is treated and ignored and it is hard not to feel bitter about it. He has a heart of gold and has nothing but nice things to say about all of them and he has overcome SO much with his solo career, so the fact that nobody seems to want to lift a finger to support him in return hurts. It hurts to watch as a fan and as someone who can just see how unequal the treatment is. I’m sorry, but he deserves so much better from the other boys.

And I don’t care how much they support him in private. That’s nice if it’s happening, but when public support would mean so much to Louis and probably shut up some of the hatred for him from the other boys’ fanbases, the fact that they never do it is still unacceptable to me.
