in the dead of night, i suddenly flung out of bed and began illustrating character

When I sleep, I see him, the person the people around me are mourning, he looks scared, like he believes he's as dead as these people think he is, his skin is static and his voice is an echo. And yet, all I can think, is that it should've been me, and it was me, we have taken each other's places. I don't know how, it's just a dumb theory, but I believe it.
