Lunch the other day. Vegan Chicken Sandwich Used gardiens chipotle lime chick'n tenders(SO GOOD), chili lime hummus, vegan mayo, lettuce and tomato. With a side of curly fries!!

Dinner tonight was organic whole wheat pasta with red pepper flakes, zucchini, green and red bell peppers, onions, and diced tomatoes.

I'm a big fan of the Mediterranean veggie sandwich at Panera. But also it's like 6 bucks so I make my own in between visits. It's not as good of course(especially since I'm missing the tomato basil bread) but it's still yummy. It's got cucumber, tomato, onion, spinach, red peppers, and jalapeño and cilantro hummus. On multigrain bread(not my fave but it what we had).
