First Lantern Rite I’ve joined is over now (；ω；)

I had so much fun, but the most I’ve enjoyed was joining Zhongli’s week-long tour around Liyue!

I managed to barely make it back to Liyue Harbor for the last conversation and man this whole trip and the ending conversation made me love Liyue more than ever

I’ll definitely keep playing Genshin Impact for all of this! Thank you Mihoyo for all the great content!

Uh hello, is everyone ignoring the bigger picture that is Twilight’s (and Time’s) defeated mentality, meaning the wound has somehow worsen by the time the duo got to the village? Is this related to the foreshadowed death? Why is this screamed about less than what I see trending?

Heard from someone that Ghirahim does something funny when you just stand there during his fight. I tried standing there with my sword out, he just shot daggers at me, so I sheathed my sword to see what happens. He bitch-slapped me in the face! Didn’t like not being taken seriously, huh Ghirahim?

So I’m also a big fan of the Monster Hunter Series, and in the game there is a system called Layered Armor, which is basically giving you the opportunity to look good while hunting (because otherwise the hodgepodge of armor from different sets would look horrifyingly bad fashion-wise)

I saw a few pieces of armor and decided to try and make layered armor cosplays of Zelda from Hyrule Warriors and Botw

Princess Zelda from Hyrule Warriors (default costume)

Princess Zelda from Breath of the Wild /Age of Calamity (default costume)

Princess Zelda from BotW/AoC (Winter clothes)

And also tried Urbosa from BotW/AoC

I would try to make Link, but I might have to create a new save file for that since you can’t change genders and whatnot wily-nilly, so for now have these. (I might create more in the future, currently trying to figure out Impa’s costume)

Ever since the start of May I’ve been trying to write out a story for you, but I could not write anything that would be a good gift fic. I wasn’t satisfied with what I wrote. So I instead took a different medium as a gift.

While I may not be as confident as an artist (especially with how many talented artists there are in the LU community) I thought this would be my best way to gift you; a fanart of the very first fanfic I’ve read from you, Wolf Spirit (which is also one of the fics that actually introduced and got me hooked into LU in general)

Tag Game

since I was tagged by my best online friend @pan-1024, I cannot not do it; besides it looks fun ^-^ Nicknames: Ammy when I’m online. As for other nicknames, it revolves my really name so it’s a secret to everybody Zodiac: Sagittarius / Rat Height: 164cm (not doing the conversion) Last Googled: “discipline” in Japanese. I was having a conversation with my family and I could not remember what the Japanese word for discipline was. As for what the conversation was? About the time I was the president of the High school astronomy club and how I was the one with the knowledge, the vice president being the disciplinary leader, and the accountant being a master negotiator. Song Stuck in Head: Gurenge by LiSA because 1) I love LiSA and her songs, and 2) the children at the child care center sings it all the time Number of Followers: don’t really keep track (yes I know I can look, but I am lazy Amount of sleep: 5-7 hours, usually 7 because children can drain my energy Lucky Number: I wouldn’t say lucky, but I can’t seem to escape the number 23 for some reason Favorite song: It constantly changes, but my current favorite is Unbelievers by Kenshi Yonezu  Favorite Instrument: I love listening to any traditional Japanese instruments, but my favorite out of all of them would be the Shamisen and Japanese Koto, sadly the last time I played it was 9 and  7 years ago respectively Dream Job: I’m currently living that dream job rn, but my dream job may change, who knows? Favorite Author: Can’t really strongly say I love their works, but I guess the ones I’m fond of are Rick Riordan and Lemony Snicket Favorite animal noise: Howl of a wolf Random: I am a huge gamer, my favorite games franchise would be Legend of Zelda, Monster Hunter, Xenoblade Chronicles, and Splatoon (my switch friends know how many hours I pour into them) How it started: idk what you are asking me, but I’ll say that what got me into the gaming world was because of Let’s Players on Youtube, specifically Chuggaconroy and 2Bro (Anijya and Otojya) How’s it going: Trying to 100% AoC is giving me a headache going to Tag @lari2311, @little-kitsune-chan, @marie39554 for this, you guys don’t have to if you don’t want to And anyone who wants to can do it as well!

LoZ drabble: Meltdown

Hello! I’m back from my small hiatus for studying (sadly did not pass all of the subjects so I’m still studying while working full-time + writing fics) and I was doing a warm-up of fic writing! I wrote a flashback of sorts for one of my fics, Phobia, then I realized that I might not be able to post it on Ao3 because frankly I still have little clue as to where I would want to take that fic if I want to continue it, so I’ll post this little drabble here instead. Warning:  pyrophobia, panic attack

Meltdown

Link shakily got off the boar that ironically became his lifesaver as they busted out of the camp that they set on fire with him in it. He was only able to take a few steps forward the stone structure before his legs gave out like chu jelly. He barely heard the tell-tale sound of Midna slipping out of his shadow. “Hey, Link, breath. You got this, you got out of there without too much trouble. Take a breather.” He was so glad that he told Midna of his crippling fear of fire he was trying to work around, because now she wasn’t forcing him to move on, giving him all the time he needed to regain composure. He’d have to thank his lucky stars that he managed to figure out how to get out of the burning building before he lost himself to another panic attack.   But f***, delayed panic attacks sucked. Why was he like this? “This is a natural reaction for anyone, Link, not just people with Pyrophobia. Anyone would panic if they were stuck in a burning building. You are doing great in combating your fear, but you are allowed to break down after the danger is gone,” the teen heard Midna whisper to him.

He gave another shudder as he curled up into a ball and continued rocking himself. Thank the goddesses for his companion understanding him.

I’m briefly going to come out of my brief hiatus (cuz I’m studying for a licensing exam) to quote a conversation my mom gave me last night——

[We were watching a quiz show on TV when it gave the question of “How many Women in their 20’s have a dream/goal to be married at a certain age (in Japan)?]

Mom: “What about you, do you have a dream of being married at a certain age?

Me: “I’m not even sure what my alignment/orientation is even though I do want to marry and have children.”

Mom: “‘alignment?’”

Me: “Yeah, you know, LGBTQ, Heterosexual, aro/ace all of that? Idk what I am.”

Mom: (gives me confused look) “When it comes to marriage and having a family, same sex or opposite sex doesn’t matter. You just haven’t met the person that makes you think you want to spend the rest of your life with. That’s all. Don’t fret about alignment and all of that too much.”

---- I’ve actually haven’t really thought of it that way when I’ve gotten confused about my orientation. I admire both same and opposite gender, but romantic love just makes me squeamish, and yet I want to start a family. I guess I was just stuck in the whole “need to have a label (that the society has created) for what I am and try to fit myself into the label” thought process,  I forgot about the most basic thing about family: the idea of “wanting to spend the rest of your life with them.”

Now my “label” shall be “I don’t know because I have yet to find someone that I can see myself spend the rest of my life with, romantic or not, and I don’t care if that’s weird because that’s just who I am.” 

Thank you Mom for clearing the fog in my head with that particular subject I’ve been agonizing over on for a long while.
